Awesome video Bryan Thanks for sharing with me That sauce is a must You are always having a good time we need to BBQ together with the family's someday
You know, after two years I only remember one scene from this video... I can go back and watch all your video's again as if they were new? Well I can't give it a five star rating anymore but I gave it a thumbs up and funny reaction, great vid my friend!
That looks delicious! I've tried a pork shoulder cooked in a CookShack elecrtric smoker oven using apple wood chunks. Soaking the pork in apple juice and onions for at least 24 hours before smoking adds complexity to the final flavors. Then I mix the pulled pork with my BBQ Sauce for Amateurs and voila! the best pulled pork sandwich in Silicon Valley. Hope you'll take a look. Thanks for a great video!
I know a little but only because I got tired of screwing it up. Yes, I was raised in VA and KY and actually just returned from visiting family. Thanks for writing.
Native Virginian? That makes you a WaHoo! LOL! I had a buddy from the upper east coast and every time he visited called Virginia the WaHoo state. Its a badge of honor in my opinion. Not sure I know what you are talking about, Bills BBQ. I can barely keep up with the boys making Bacon Explosion and all the things I am chomping at the bit to try. Talk to you later.
Thanks. Robert Earl Keen is who supplied the music. The album is "The Party Never Ends: Song you remember from times you can't" but all his records are pretty good.
I shot all the video with a little Canon camera I received for Christmas this last year. I edited the video in iMovie on my mac which has just been upgraded since my old one died.
Thanks for the kind words about my video. I have had a lot of fun playing with the camera and the new software. Also I scored by writing Mr. Keen about using the song. I think that is icing on the cake.
Bryan - great video of the pulled pork, You have that Chargriller painted up real nice - I like it!
I was wondering if you'd be willing to share what software you use to put your videos together? They are done top notch man. If you can't share - it;s cool - just thought I would ask.

Sounds like you know what you're doing. Impressive. Seem like a country boy, or Southern boy, or both?
