i haa a race wid a vr6 yesterday n i have the mk4 gti turbo 150 n i lost in a drag i cud keep up in the corners n i got a take on him but the str8s he killed me his was running 195bhp

a golf always win.its just a lighter car compared to the jetta and it makes a difference.if that jetta is is an 02 or older than it has the bigger turbo giving it 180 hp compared to the vr6's 174 hp but it dont make a difference because its still lighter.more mods for the jetta or strip some weight off.

how u figure tht out cuz the 1.8t cums in 150 and 225bhp depends on what culers the gti letters are if the t and i are in red its a 150 if its all in red there 225 n i fink just the i in red is 125

i'm reading the sports car press since a lot, and if a V8 could fit in one of theses cars , a tuner would have made it. you forget the most important : the weight and the horsepowers . a V8 is loud, heavy and has not necessarly more HP than a V6 . so it's a kid idea to put a V8 in theses cars . and deff it would not fit !!!!

ford is based on there v8's now adays they dont make preoformance v6's its just a way to get people to buy a car that cant afford the real deal. however if you hook up a v6 mustang it will easly be in the 500-800hp range and i dunno what your talking about. leather seats in a mustang and leather steering wheel, vinl dash an console. is rather luxury for a sports car. and a sound system pretty nice. an anyways you take a v8 and hook it up it will still rip a bmw apart. lol
