  • I have a little over 3 yards of linen just sitting around...this is the next project on my list! Great video.

  • I got my neighbor addicted to cloth napkins. Another great way to get cloth napkins is by purchasing them second hand at the thrift store. I just throw them in the wash and they go into the napkin basket on the counter. However, I LOVE this idea because I've been wanting to make 'paper towels' to also put on the counter. I'm going to use this concept but make them bigger.

  • I am so glad I saw this before I paid a small fortune for store bought napkins. These will be great! Thanks!! And I love the way you get things done even with your little "helper. " Well done!

  • Very nice, what a cute helper you have. Thanks!

  • Great tutorial.. thanks!

  • i want to make a more formal napkin for my daughters wedding....great video

  • Your son is so cute. Very entertaining! Thanks for the tips on cloth napkins; I hadn't thought to double the fabric and turn them inside out. But I still like a square napkin, but smaller than store bought. Will probably go with 12x12 or 14x14.

I'm impressed with all your frugal tips too! Thanks for sharing!

  • @riseabuv Thanks. I plan on making some squares ones soon. Originally I tried to make a single layer and hem the edges. It was not enjoyable to make.
