Can someone please help me find this recipe in her website? The link is not working and I can not find it in the website. My daughter cries for me to make white rice from her father's hometown. Thanks in advance.

Great video, I've been wanting to Cook this long long time ago, but couldn't find الشعريه here, do you know if they sell it in Whole Foods? I use the rice cooker, is it possible to make this in the rice cooker or does it have to be manually done and supervised ? Thanks again great videos, very helpful !

Thanks for your comment, glad you liked the video. you may find شعريه at any grocery store or any Italian store in the pasta section. they should have it there. You can cook rice with vermicelli in the rice cooker, just toast the vermicelli in little oil to get the golden color first then add it to the rice and let it cook in your rice cooker. good luck.

Why didn't you use Basmati Rice? I think it will taste better right?

you can use basmati rice, but it cooks a lot different than Egyptian or short grain rice. Basmati rice is only boiled with a little salt and no oil added, unless you want to.

Of course there is salt, it was listed in the ingredients list and you can see me adding it to the dish. watch it again! :)
