@DarkInazuma u just have to pay attention distract her and control her head. once i grab her up and position her on me she does alot better. maybe its a dont attack her support issue but i cant be sure. she has bit me before and gave me tetnis, had my whole arm swelled up. note to self stay updated on my shots lol

Ahhh I hate that. People don't realise how important it is to handle snakes from a young age (bites don't hurt then lol) to get them tame. Esp Boas, it seems if you don't handle them, they keep that snappy baby attitude.

retics are one if not the most viverent colord snakes. they grow a bit to big for my likeing but boy do i love seeing them and they have a huge presence, maybe one day ill get into a superdwarf project but as of now they far exceed what i have to offer.
another point in keeping investment boas is that they produce offspring that gets traded off or sells and helps out with stuff, it would be a crime to stress them or hurt them, it aint the same playing with a 75 pound snakes as a 2 pound snake. gotta remember they have ribs and u need 2 peaple to handle a 7-8 foot female specially when they get up to breeding weight.
all jokes aside im sure they'd love it if u came and played with them lol

what i have is columbian boas, they hit 8-9 foot. females get real girthy but males stay smaller. i have a 8 year old male and he is like 6-7 foot and slim, maybe 13 pounds.
id say get a male so u can adjust to the size difference. if u need help finding one let me know. i know alot of cool places that wont break the bank.

u bet, i used to keep ball pythons but they dont have as much personality.
all my boas are super friendy except the 2 huge stripe albino girls. but i bought them when they were 8 foot long and they werent played with. when they get that size its dangerous for them t get them out alot. the 1 female is like 65-75 pounds now. but ur right boas are awsome.
