The kid survives a car crash and everybody has to be an asshole to him? What the hell kind of a message is that? Oh sure, he killed his best friend and the girl becomes a cripple, but these people are treating the boy so terrible that he might as well have died in that crash. Shouldn't they be thankful he's alive? This is exactly why I hate alcohol. It's poison.

If there were any real justice in the world (and seeing as there's no death penalty in Canada), Jacob's father would have stabbed him to death, Vitaly Kaloyev-style (albeit with that carving knife that's too big to fit in the knife block)! What Jacob got did not go nearly far enough!

i seen this at my school today and its sad, forgot to mention its not just the youths that cause drinking and driving and such, its also the parents too, when jake asked his dad for the car and his dad gave it to him like it was nothing even when he knew they were going to party. If the father had of thought for a second that if there was going to be a party, give the kid money for a cab instead of the keys to the car.

Kokanee, i know how you feel, i lost a good friend to a drunk driver. His name was Steven Phillip, He, his girlfriend and her friend where hit by a drunk driver going 160+ KM/h (100+ m/h) all of them passed, its hard to deal with something as terrible as this when it could have been avoided if the man had taken his time and thought about what he was doing. and still no one knows the beggining song where they introduce the characters? i want to find out, any help would be appreciated.

lol.... I played one of the drug dealers / troublemakers in this movie. Definitely looking forward to see the screening. Teenagers especially need to realize how important this topic is and that it is not a joke to drink and drive.

they showed this video at the OSAID provincial conference and its safe to say its a VERY moving video..... it changed my perspective on alot of things and it got almost every person in the room emotional... this video can reallt hit home and anyone who cant take the time to watch it really needs a reallity check
