slipknot has a few good songs. Majority of it doesn't seem to have much of a direction. Mushroomhead has very few songs that are so-so, for the most part nothing, waylon and mann keep this band sounding unlike any other band out there period. The masks, while cool, dont mean shit when it comes down to it, can you pick out a slipknot song on the radio that isn't known vs any other of 100 thrash bands out there? Not so much. Can pick out a mushroomhead song immediately, whats that tell ya.

They both are great, but slipknot did copy mushroomhead, and MH was supposed to get the deal with RR records, but they skipped over them for slipknot. So its not just one idiot babbling, there is a point to it. Slipknot had a tough time getting over this lump in their career.
