YES. YOU CAN ALL LEARN BALLET!! ballet is an excelent form of art to take up weathr you want to do it proffessionaly or just as a hobby. normally you should start taking classes around age four or five if you plan to dance professionaly, but my aunt started at the age of sixteen and managed to dance proffesionaly for her local company for two years so you never know. try though, you'll never regret it.
hello, I'm 13 right now, and I want to start learning ballet. I have had ballet lessons when I was young, but quited due to silly reasons. i want to restart but my body's not very flexible and I've forgot all past lessons. So, in another words, I'm just a beginner again. Is it too late to start lessons? And is it hard to make my body more flexible?
@ jenny98076 same here dude! i now wanna learn ballet too though i have never gone for any classes i want to make it as my hobby gracefully........... but now i realise that we need to be so gracefull in our movements & flexible in our body..... & i don't think iam good @ it i guess i'll have to take it back......:(:(:(:(
im in yr 10 (15 yrs) and ive always wanted to be a ballerina but have never had a class. i started contemporary and found that knowing ballet skills is a real advantage - its really hard coz i know if i dont take up ballet now i never will but ive got the school certificate cuming up so i dont want to have too many commitments - should i just do hip hop instead?
I really want to learn ballet... Im learning french, so I wanted to learn maybe a french dance thingy. Ballet popped up, and now i love it... And now I know its not just a "thingy", but its a sport. And I hope you will love it too.
I am 14 almost 15 and I would like to learn ballet too, but really have no way of learning it. I could take dance at my high school but they do only weeks of certain dances. And I can't get into it until next year.
i started when i was 3 years old and i quit when i was 12 years old. and for people that say that is 13 year old too old to start??? nope its not too old because i have seen many 13 year old beginners and many adult beginners too. you can catch up real quick if you are really dedicated to the sport. if u really love it you should do it
I'm 14 and I've never done ballet, or any sort of dancing in the past. I'm really interested in learning ballet (and possibly tap and street). I guess I already know it's not too late to start, but I'd like you to tell me. Please be honest.
im 14 and i did ballet and tap when i was 3 nd went on till aobut 9 but gave it up but i reallllly want to start it up again especially ballet but i dnt relaly want to be put in a class where every1 is miles ahead lol is it to late to start it up again nd if not how shuold i go about starting again?
anyway, to answer you.. yes, Im referring to a career in ballet (or any kind of dance I'd say)... I don't have any experience but Im planning to take intensive dance classes particularly in ballet 'cuz I learned that its discipline should prepare me for any kind of dance genre. Is that true?
