  • for me this is the best song together Nothing Left to Say of the best album of The Alan Parson's project! when I was teen used to imagine listen to this music driving over 120 km/h in a highway!

  • Just delightful, sir.

  • valiant music!

  • Back in the early 80s "The NBA on CBS" regularly used this as background music in their pre-game action footage. For the longest time(30 years) I've always wondered who wrote and performed it....not surprising that its the APP.

  • CBS should have kept it

  • kmex channel 34, a spanish channel in Los Angeles, used it for their ending credits

  • @possumtail The APP instrumental song Sirius was the theme song for an NBA team - I think it was the Chicago Bulls. Great music.

  • I feel the need to dress like a gentlemen with steel in hand and off to battle

  • wish i still had my koss pro 4aaa headphones i used to listen to this album on when i was teen....

  • That's a Harpsichord.Then you have Clavinet Simple!

  • @Kl4pp5tuhl it is a harpsichord, I believe.

  • @12Racer99 yes it is

  • @Kl4pp5tuhl A Harpsichord. It's a piano but instead of hammering the strings like the piano, it plucks the strings kind of like a guitar. I think the second keyboard instrument that plays though is a Honer D6 Clavinet.

  • This song sounds incredibly better played live. I watched Alan Parsons in Buenos Aires last night. The drums were so powerful, it was amazing.

  • I thought it was a harpsichord. Still musical genius either way. My humble opinion, and I am no train conductor.

  • @Kl4pp5tuhl Its a Harpsichord

  • K14pp5tuhl....YOU WERE ASKING, IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT'S THE NAME OF THIS INSTRUMENT IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS AMAZING SONG...WELL, I THINK IS THE CLAVICHORD, BECAUSE IS A PIANO BUT WITH A MORE DELICATE SOUND..THIS WAS USED IN THE MIDDLE AGES...HOPE THIS HELPS...

  • love this song...it makes me feel i'm in other time .... :)

  • This piece was used in a commercial ad of a tourism service provided by the subway trains in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1980's. Inspired by this, I will use this song as the opening in the filmings of my trip to Europe very soon.

  • Beautiful...

  • The tab for this is kinda difficult. especially since I'll have to transpose the beginning from harpsichord.

  • Fantastic and amazing one of the best arrangements ever with the modern instruments and songs on this album

  • This is one of my all time favorite road trip songs...makes me wanna drop the hammer and see where the road takes me......

  • This was on the B side of the Games People Play 45 and I always loved it! So medieval sounding!

  • @mimidec67 Yes, medieval ! I was listening to this with my father in the car when I was like 10, and I imagined a movie or plays in medieval times, accompanied by this music... Oh the rich imagination of a child.

  • @Lopasblin the same for me

  • @Lopasblin hahhaha yeeeea me too man and there was another one that i was imagined western

  • @Lopasblin I so totally imagined this song like that too! This album would have made a fantastic Soundtrack for a movie.

  • should be used as a soundtrack for a film... excellent piece!!

  • te quiero sybile
