This is simply the worst way to fill a cartomizer. That is; unless you like the battery connector end, center tube, and cart condom full of juice. Messy, wastes alot of juice and requires a lot of cleanup. Instead,simply pop the top with a paper clip (bend the tip). Drip along the edge, in the same spot, until it starts pooling on top. This allows air to pass up through the other side. Put a few drops on the other side if it's not soaked yet, and you're done. No mess, no cleanup.

@MrDugifresh. Funny, I don't waste a drop, nor make any mess. You may be doing it wrong. I do find inserting the mouth end in to be preferable. I did run a few comparative tests originally and found that filling this way fills it completely (almost double vs dripping). The main thing is getting the correct amount of juice in the condom.. I stuffed it up abit in this vid... As I filled them in the wrong order. After a few times you get familiar with how much should go in the condom.

@spkwest Push it through the mouthpiece until you see it begin to come out at the threaded end, that way you don't waste as much on the threads.

Aren't you supposed to pop the plastic (soft) cap on the mouth end off before you submerge in the condom? The video is alittle grainy on my crappy pc so I couldn't tell if you did this or not. I have been trying the use this method w/ Joye 510 Cartos fr my eGO and it doesn't work very well. I only get about 10-15 drags before I have to top off.

nice video. I have KR808 cartos for my vapking. Ive only filled a few carts so far, since i had a bunch of pre filled. Is it true to let the newly filled cars sit over night before using them?

@bottle2lip Letting them sit overnight may help reduce getting juice in your mouth, as it gives the liquid time to soak in and drain from the top of the O-ring, but I usually just fill and vape immediately, no probs.

Vape 0mg Nic Juice then, assuming you aren't a smoker/vaper normally. Just use 100% VG for the most vapor.

Very helpful. Thanks! Which e juice brand do you prefer? Also, have you gone so far as to make your own e juice? I've found a few recipes that tell you to basically make a "tea" of snuff and propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin. There is no way to accurately control the level of nicotine with this method, however.

@suhrim6666 The best juice I have tried would be from Digitalciggz, and cloudsofvapor. I do mix my own mostly now though using Juicewhore com (perfurmers apprentices and FlavorArt) flavours.

how long do your cartos last before you need to replace them?

@justincase80634 I get a few days to a few weeks out of each one, some have lasted a month or so, but I usually pop them on high voltage when they start to go a bit stale, others are just sitting in the emergency bin waiting for future projects.

Yeah. I'm new to cartomizers and luckily I searched and learned this method and never had to go through the other methods before you figured this out! It's a piece of cake! What the longest you have used a carto before dumping it? I'm going on five days with the first one and it still works

If you are careful I have heard upwards of 200 times. Don't let the filler burn and you can keep refilling it.

@RotorDemon I have refilled one about 60 times, but performance was not optimum, I do have other vids showing removal of the filler to get the most out of them.

@mark40511 I have some cartos that just wont die, they normally last me longer than normal atomisers will, they are very reliable on standard voltage, but I do have some that blow after a day or two on high voltage.

you can remove the cap off heat up a large pin poke a hole in the top and remove the plastic to refill. Takes 2 min.
