cpu should have lv 10, starts out fighting as lv 1 and learns about your moves and strategies and becomes better untill undefeatable.

Ah, you mean almost human-like AI? I don't know about unbeatable, but that's really interesting!

ya something like that it's called DNAI and it was first programmed in little fighting robots. if it could be passed down to an ssb game it would be the biggest challenge. and by unbeatable i mean you must have a few strategies and combos planned before just starting a mindless smashfest.
