Inclement Weather looks cool, but doesn't it put you at more risk? I'd think having a dynamic armor effect would make you easier to target.

The funny thing is, it really does. People with the flaming head are MUCH easier to get headshots on, and you can see them from across Haemorrhage. And you can't hide in dark areas with Inclement Weather, since you're fucking glowing. :P

@sk8rdude324 to get inclement weather u need 2 million cR and to get haunted helmet you need to buy all helmets, which will be around 1.5 million cR, no one else has it yet because the game hasn't been out long enough for someone to reach that amount, with that 60k cR per day limit, unless they hacked.
