If your sound is not in sync with video, go and download 'Virtual Dub' and find a tutorial on youtube on how to use it. I guarantee it will put audio and video in sync

I dont have that option. Ive been wondering how to get different recording options. I used to have an option to record windows media video but some stuff happened to my computer and I dont know what happened to that option.
