I just got a 7 1/2 Firestone, serial 13454472, code 133-4-1345, stock # 10-A-103. Is there any way to determine the year? Not bail a matic. My buddy had it started in a barrel a couple years back but does not have the tank. Dented and faded but NO corrosion, fresh water motor.
Wow! Looks Good,,,, I have a 1953- 7.5HP that looks identical, foolish me I thought the lower unit took EP90, but it was actually a grease. Wonder where I could find that?
Love the sound,, kinda described as a "Jetsons" space vehicle at mid throttle.

My Firestone 7.5HP motor is serial #13454889 stock # 10-A-103 so I would assume we are very close, no bail-O-matic also.
My Dad purchased-it new in 1953.
I still have the manual/breakdown if you need a copy.
