when i was doing the ghost achievement, there was these 4 dudes, walking together, i came up behind them knife the all with my usp tac knife, and none of them noticed, and when i went to the fueling station i got the ghost no rest for the wary achievement

Hey guys, I've got another easy way to get the achievement. On The "Hidden" Special Ops, there's a guy to the left, right near the start of the mission. He is walking away from you so you can knife the git there and then and get the achievement there aswell. That's how I always get it anyway. No offence to this video of course, jus' thought I'd mention this way too.

another easy way is in "just like old times" when you're in the cave with Price and you're sniping the people undercover, he says he will kill this guy who's back is towards you, but you can stab him and get it :D but this one is better because it's earlier in the game
