I don't know who the artist is, sorry. But the next bride who wants to do a tango for her first dance should have a dress designed similar to this one. However, the bottom part of the gown should be attached to the rest of the dress with velcro so that after she takes his coat off him he can grab the dress at the appropriate spot and as she spins away from him the bottom detaches form the rest of the dress to reviele a dress designed for the tango. then she could put the petticoat
