that play in around 8-6 .... it was very stupid No.11 having a free net, as a extreme tall player like No.11 1.95cm hitting around 6-7 meter... If i have that height i m sure i would hit inside the 3 m line ... very low level when compared with the old period volleyball

@nick84arch he hit the safer shot. if he went for the 3m and he missed, then what? it's not like the set was super tight. He got the point and that's all that matter.

And you will never know if you would hit inside the 3m line with that height, because you DON'T have that height. No point in hypothesizing what you could do. I could say that if I had Albert Einstein's brain, I would've cured cancer.

the italians showed very poor sportamanship this match - they spent more time yelling at the ref and each other and calling clearly-in-balls out than playing. props to the US team for keeping their head cool and playing well
