This may sound dumb, but everytime I set someone in the game on fire, I pulled a Beavis and went "FIRE!!! FIRE!!!" in his voice. Felt it was necessary to ease the tension. But definetly one of, if not THE greatest shooter games ever. COD and Battlefield aint got shit on this work of art.

This game is easily my favorite game ever. No game has ever had a plot twist anywhere close to as crazy as this game does half way through and no game has ever given me the same amount of joy from experimenting with ways to get through a level. Bioshock 2 had somethings I like such as dual wielding but the story doesn't compare. It's too bad the movie won't ever happen.

@thchris Demo? What was in the demo? Dude, BUY this game! It has a story that unfolds as your playing the game and never try's to stop you from playing to give you a 5 second cutscene. Audio diary's that act as collectibles as well as another source to unravel the story. If you won't listen to me just do me a favor and at least RENT Bioshock Infinite, when it comes out. (I'll be you friend, which will be hard considering we've never met :3)

By far the thing that stands out in this game the most is the storyline. Collecting all of the audio tapes and listening to the experiments and the development of the situation is also very entertaining. You start to feel sorry for the characters you usually wouldn't. For instance, when I met Ryan, I actually agreed with some of his ideas. It's that good. It makes you question everything you see.

@rezaraiesie Well, fist off the combat is just straight up boring. the only weapons that give you a sense of damage are the plasmids, which hardly do any damage, and with the guns, i never feel like im actually doing anything to the enemies. The hacking game is way too easy and you have to hack everything you see so it becomes a chore, not a fun mini game. The vita chambers kill any difficulty the game was supposed to have, because there's no penalty for death.

@Thethingofcreepy Well, combat for me was really fun. You can do more damage when you find a camera and take pics of your enemies. Each weapons has three kind of ammo, you'll find more and actually create some of them later in the game which is really intriguing. Also you'll find some powerful and fun weapons as you progress Crossbow (which can kill any generic foe with one shot), Chemical thrower(which has three kind of ammo napalm, liquid nitro and electro gen) to be continue

The electro buck for shotgun is one of the best ammo in the game. You also can find some very good plasmid as you play the game (I got them by taking photos of enemy) And AI of the foes are really great. The hacking is easy at the begging and becomes really hard later (to the point of frustration) and you can also find, make auto hack tools

@Thethingofcreepy Oh, and you can turn off vita chambers in options --> gameplay. (you need to patch your game to latest version though) Also why don't you load manually when you die. I did this. I kept vita chambers on and whenever I die I hit F9 to quickload the game. It's that easy.

@rezaraiesie I have actually played through the game twice, once because I felt like it was a waste to buy a game and only play 3 hours, and the second time I really wanted to enjoy the game, so I re installed it and tried to play through it again but it took about a month because I was so fucking bored. I never found the hacks to be hard, even at the end of the game. I know about the upgrades, and they did more damage, but there still lacked the sense of hitting the enemies, which is worse.

Ok how is Bioshock based off of atlas Shrugged, the book is about railroad tracks, while bioshock is a city under water with plasmids and big daddies, while Atlas shrugged isn't, are they just saying sense the book says something about water, and that there is a guying posing as a guy named Atlas. I have been playing games for a very long time now and take the concept of "perfect" very seriously. In 13 years if gaming this game is the closest i have ever came to playing a perfect game; the story, combat, sounds, and graphics are just impeccable and some of the best i have ever seen. Plus on top of all of this more than any game, the twist in this game knocked me on my ass. I was completely floored by it and played the almost 5 remaining hours that night. A 10 in every sense of the word.

I really like this game. Got it yesterday and have played it for 5 hours. The experience is really tense. Actually it can be categorized as a horror game too. One of the most aspects of the game is the sound effects and the quality of the audio which is phenomenal.

I am enjoying myself playing it and regretting why I haven't played it sooner.
