Of course, him being a democrat, he got his ass covered by the media and just blamed Bush for all the mess. Secondly, 9/11 only sped up the fall of the economy, and that was beyond Bush's control. Again, 9/11 probably would not have happened if Clinton had done his job and killed Osama Bin Laden when he had the chance.
