A new word has to be created because people get these two opposite definitions of Net Neutrality mixed up.
Net Neutrality- Every ISP has to keep the same playing field for all data. This is accomplished by the FCC making rules for them to go by.
Net Neutrality- ISPs can do what they want. They are not regulated by the FCC, so they might prejudice your internet
I'm confused. So the FCC passed Net Neutrality but it did the opposite of what it was supposed to do...WTF!!!!????
