Yea, no fees my ass. I got a card just to reserve motels and such, and never placed anything on the card. Somehow I owed 366.00? No-one seemed to know how to solve it, when they ansered the phone.

Capital One may have good commercials but dont ever sign up with ANYTHING with them. They have the worst customer service rep ive ever heard. They dont resolve issues, they ignore Better Business Bureau issues and they wont work with you when you have money problems.
Absolute awesome commercial. BUT it is true that they suck about as much as any other credit card company... probably more. I haven't heard anything good about them from people that have a card.
I wish I knew what I know now before I agreed to a car loan with them. Their credit card services are probably not much better. Capital One may have good commercials but dont ever sign up with ANYTHING with them. They have the worst customer service rep ive ever heard. They dont resolve issues, they ignore Better Business Bureau issues and they wont work with you when you have money problems.

Absolute awesome commercial. BUT it is true that they suck about as much as any other credit card company... probably more. I haven't heard anything good about them from people that have a card.

I wish I knew what I know now before I agreed to a car loan with them. Their credit card services are probably not much better. With all the choices out there, I dont see a reason for putting up with their poor customer relations. They are about as arrogant as how this commercial shows the 'bad guy'. Let this commercial be your warning that Capital One are demons. lol.

What does the other guy (who's getting the card) say *after* the sidekick says "WAR kittens??" It sounds to me like he said, "no -- regular, *cute* kittens." But there seems to be a syllable or two I'm missing in there.
