how did you delete the lines of the background after you colored it in? and you mentioned something about how you can draw a line behind a line, where can i get more info on these two subjects?
You can change the default swatches on Flash. I didn't realize it until about two weeks ago, but there's a tab on the swatches window. You can even make multiple swatch collections and pull the colors from a gif. Makes things A LOT faster than having to use the questionable swatches Flash defaults to, and if you're doing something with recurring characters it could save A LOT of time.
I use a Cintiq. I was one of the last people I knew to switch from a Wacom tablet. I found that I can move about 20% faster with it. You really cut down on the amount of undos.
These were great. I've been wanting to start my own comic but I don't even know how to use Flash. I mean I've had it for years but I could never figure it out.
this is cool. its always cool to see the artist at work. i didnt know flash was used for inking and coloring. hows the brush stuff compared to photoshop and illustrator?

@fujjii you can just make sure all the lines are connected/overlapping and select one part, and it selects all the lines and not the shapes.

I'd love to know what kind of tablet is being used. A cintiq??? I cannot get the kind of line control on my wacom that I'm seeing here.

Nice videos, you make great use of the brush tool and flash in general. Bit fast to pick up any actual tips but cool to see anyway :)
