When I am playing GTAIII on my PS2 it will only go to 4 stars. I even use the cheats and it is still reluctant to go over 4 star

@GENIUS73972 You need to progress through the story and pass a certain mission to unlock each island. I don't know what they are as I haven't played this game in a while, but you can easily look it up.

@MarthaChihuahua cheating is for noobs, just finish the storyline (kill catalina and save maria and kill her eventually) and then go to phil cassidy's army surplus and then the rhino that spawns there is accesible

what weapons do fbi agents in gta 3 carry? in gta 3 for some reason my wanted level won't go past 4 stars, no matter if i do this, spawn a rhino or even use the cheat to raise wanted levels.

You need to complete a certain amount of the game to be able to get past 4 stars. I think it is probably getting to the third island.

in GTA 3, the FBI agents dont carry M16's.... they carry AK47's (???) I guess they didnt want the FBI to carry M16s because they were to powerful in the game, which is why the military uses them at 6 stars, and the AK47 is less powerful :l

you have to unlock the other 2 islands, 1 island = 4 starts, 2 islands = 5 stars, and the final island u get 6 stars, idk why they did that...

Its extremly easy to get a FBI car.

Just wait till they get out and drive off, be carefull not to get hit by bullets.

do vigilante missions. you'll get one bribe per ten successful kills, but you can only get up to six, and you can only get one for up to twenty kills in each area of town (i.e. portland, staunton island, shoreside vale)

Had you reached Staunton Island yet(?), because you can only get up to 4 stars if you're still in portland.

all you have to do is get a tank blow some cars up till you get a lots of stars and wait for the fbi cars to block the street then lower the wanted leval and hop in

i just go to the pay and spray, leave my vehichle outside and drop grnades over the side of the thing, then i just keep throwing grenadeds and molotovs until theres a chopper, then i blast the chopper with a rocket, eventually i get 5 stars. the fbi gets out of their car, but dissappear if you get out of their sight, so the car's there for the taking, hasve it painted and yer good to go.

You can find guns everywhere - try a guide on GameFAQs or something. Or you can put in the cheat code for all guns - again, GameFAQs or some other gaming site should tell you what to do there.

You can spawn the Rhino with a cheat code - can't do that with the FBI Car.

The Rhino should be free for the taking at Phil's place near the stadium after you complete all of the main story missions.
