@Remington870xmag Hey tough guy, BMW is a great machine. My first car was a 1971 Pontiac GTO with a 455 that pulled 10.97 at the track. Yes that's faster then any M3, M5 or M anything. But I spent 10,000 on the engine, rear end and the tranny and it had a 850 double pumper on it. It sounded better too. The thing is muscle cars are a thing of the past. I wish cars could sound like a mans car but those days are gone. BMW does a great job considering the emissions crap they have to do keep up with.

I have an M3 2010 with DCT....are you kidding me? I use to sell these. Our race car drivers and trainers plus the boys in Germany say the 6spd is weak. Think about it...if you made a 2010 Bugatti Veyron for $2 Million dollars would you put in a 6spd manual or a 7spd Dual Clutch?? Go look at what the Bugatti has in it....that should answer your question. Plus the DCT shifts faster then any human being alive....even if you're an idiot savant.

@e30m3drift Yes I agree with you. The reason I got the DCT was because even 0.1 to 0.2 seconds makes a difference even though you can't really tell the difference. Yes the manual is more fun....I get that. I watched Jay Leno's garage and he even said manual is more fun. I was just saying that the new thing now is DCT but not everyone can produce a shift like BMW. So both transmissions are good. I have noticed one other thing I like to point out, so many people burn through expensive clutches.
