"You stay in bad (relationships/jobs) too long." Mate, this to me seems cold reading. It's damn useful, but not too great for finding 'truth'.

While the message is clear, the speaker sounds too boastful (7:27) "I'm really good at all four of these things". Also I think the low self-esteem metaphor was rubbish.

A lot of hypnotherapy talks about the subconscious mind but to really know it they should study hand writing.
