I'm glad to know I have a normal arch now but that still does not explain why I have an underpronation wear pattern on my sandals. I thought maybe it was due to a poor arch but I can rule that out now.
Nice one. I was spending ages trying to find how to tell what kind of foot I had. Lots of the other videos just rabbit on a load of mumbo jumbo, but in just over one minute, you sort the problem out in a clean stylish fashion.
