  • How long does the operation last I wonder? Also stupid question, but what happens if you need to go to the bathroom? And do you get to have a break for lunch? I can't imagine just sitting there all day while those technicians insert the grafts. Presumably you are under some sort of local anaesthesia ?

  • @juandenz2008 Thank you for your question. Because hair transplants are done under local anesthesia, you can use the bathroom and take a break at any time. With the Ouchless Needle, you don't feel the local anesthesia so the whole process is very comfortable--even though it takes many hours. Patients pass the time by watching movies, listening to music or taking a nap. As far as lunch goes, we bring it in for you... your choice--from burgers to sushi! I think @Nalts had a meatball sub. :)

  • I'm 16 and my hair is farther back than my dad's. :l

  • 0:56 to 1:04 SO TRUE!! Then this huge depression HITS!!!

I tired everything, I WANT MY HAIR BACK!! :(

  • @m33lad Don't despair. At Bauman Medical, we advocate safe and effective treatments to help you keep what you have and "get your hair back." Do your homework on the fda-approved medications, laser therapy and FUE/NeoGraft transplantation. Don't lose hope. If Anchorman Jim can do it, you can too!

  • OUccccccc handsome boy

  • but... at 3:00 to 3:10 the guy looks like he lost even more hair at the top of his head, but gained at the front... unless they removed hair from the top and put at the front? and then it grows in slowly?

  • @junglemage666 Good catch! This patient lost hair in the non-transplanted area because he was NOT on Propecia or other non-invasive treatments, which were recommended! He eventually will need another hair transplant to fill in those areas. The best treatment is combination treatment! In the hair transplant, the transplanted hair is permanent, it's taken from the back of the scalp, not the top of the head.

  • @alanbauman My hair is just starting to go, my grandfather (dads side) had the Mr. Burns look, and my moms dad has light hair but not really balding. I got Rogaine 5% foam, but im kind of scared to use it because people tell me it will cause more hair loss before gaining hair? So wouldnt it keep making me lose hair, even after it re-grows it? If im wrong about the hair loss, should i do propecia and rogaine together?

  • @junglemage666

    Nice Video

  • Hair transplant is just to cover the bald area as this surgery can not replace natural hair density in one session. To change the look is basic idea of hair transplant surgery

  • hi there i am 18 and a couple weeks after my hair started receeding at the front i dont know why. I have been browsing videos on youtube and the web and people are saying get a hair transplant and other say dont so i went to find out more ive tried Propecia and it does not work. Please help what shell i do i dont hardly go out anymore or have anouth convidence to do anything please can people tel me the truth. Not just to get money

  • You know its cheaper if you just go to the transplant center of tulsa. I had some friends go there. I'll probably head out there too. Its only 6k for 2k grafts. But this doctor here, does amazing work according to online reviews. This Bauman guy is one of the top surgeons in the field and his name popped up the other day in a meeting I had with some friends. Plus, he looks like Doogie Howser. Haha, the guy is a total pro from everything I've seen.

  • They cloned a motherfucking sheep in the 80's and they can't clone hair or come up with some pill which would give you a full head of hair. Fuck 'em!

  • @TheRmcStudios I feel your pain brother

  • @TheRmcStudios Exactly! the hair loss problem should have been cured 20 years ago!

  • @TheRmcStudios Im with ya bro its all fukn bullshit!

  • that bitch laughing at 5:02 would dump his balding ass if he didn't get a transplant! EVIL

  • Can I drum out?

I have tried that cure my bald by wasabi for 3 month ago not using drugs like propecia, no operation.

I have tried that cure my bald by wasabi for 3 month ago.

Now, I have grown my hair.

So, I made the book written my experience. It is very easy way.

I think thisway has a big effect cure woman's hair loss.

If you will be able to be interesting , please check it.

this title is he book wants to read before beginning bald or hair loss of treatment

  • @doegadoega These adverts from people who cant speak english are fucking hilarious! Your a fucking retards man.

  • Good One

  • Bosley is bullshit, i got a hair transplant and it cost $6000 im going to sue for false advertisement and malpractice and I am going to ask for more then $6000 the scar that is left is so large and procedure is false! DONT DO IT!!!

  • @bone2thebone HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA

  • @coldbluerain From the clip, it sure seemed like his colleagues and his wife don't agree with you! A hair transplant's not going to turn you into a teenager, but most people look significantly more youthful and healthy with hair.

  • @w00oo00oot You can do it at any adult age I think , however most men wait until thier late 30s.

  • Today I booked an apointment to have my transplant done in a couple weeks . I am excited and nervous.

  • @crazyredlion4500 Good Luck, you'll do great!

  • @justjoe9074 Thank you!

  • what about ppl who dont have any hair to transplant from sides?

  • Hi, Mr. Bauman, I,ve been losing my hair for the last two years, it`s a moderate falling, Ì`m using Folister for 8 months (Finasteride 1mg per day) but I don`t see any results at the time. The falling doesn`t stop and I don`t know why?

  • @AlexanderScorp Finasteride 1mg/day works 90% of the time to stop the progression of male pattern hair loss. The best way to track your results is using standardized digital photos (performed by a Hair Restoration Physician), hair density and hair caliber tracking. Remember that some shedding each day (100-200 hairs) is normal due to the cycling of follicles on and off. Sincerely, Dr. Bauman

  • @alanbauman Tank you so much for your comment.

  • Hi Mr. Bauman

I have been losing my hair for the pass two and a half years and the top of my crown looks thinner than ever I plan on getting a Hair transplant procedure with you after doing extensive research but first I am going to let the rest of the hair thats on pace to fall out. When I get a HT is it possible that I won't have to use Propecia? Reason I ask because I dont want to be the 1.8% that experiences the side effects if so please let me know Thank you and continue your great work

  • @jshyne172 Thank you for your message. Having a hair transplant and not using some kind of treatment to prevent future hair loss is a big risk, in my opinion. Hair loss is a progressive condition so without treatment, it will continue. Well over 95% of hair transplant patients in my practice are using Propecia (or similar tx). Also, letting all of your hair fall out before taking action, is not a great idea either! Sincerely, Dr. B.

  • @alanbauman I have question. I have no hair loss at all on my crown and I am almost 39 years old. I am getting a hair TP in about 2 weeks. I am having hair added to the front only and I have been told that I did not lose very much. I realize that later in life I may still lose more hair. But if not will I still need Propecia? Thank you.

  • @crazyredlion4500 Without Propecia, hair loss will likely continue. Data shows that 75% of men NOT on Propecia will look "MUCH WORSE" 75% of the time over the next five years. Without Propecia, you are taking a risk, in my opinion. You might need additional procedures if hair is lost behind or between the transplants over time.

  • @alanbauman Thanks for the information. I have been reading on the internet about the use of Propecia with hair transplants and it is my understanding that you need to use Propecia for one year after the transplant. Would that be correct?

  • @crazyredlion4500 WHOA! Who told you that? I think you've got some wrong info there. If you only took propecia for a year, you'd only stop future hair loss for a year. Male Pattern Hair Loss is a chronic, progressive condition--it gets worse without treatment. The transplanted hair is permanent, but your other hair is not. Propecia stops the otherwise inevitable progression of the loss of the non-transplanted hair.

  • @crazyredlion4500 Without propecia, you will certainly lose more non-transplanted hair over time. If you're ok with more transplants and you have enough donor hair, no problem. Most patients commit to propecia for the 'long haul' -- especially if they're undergoing a hair transplant!

  • Never do it guys, that will be your bigest mistake ever ,

I did that mistake and not happy at all.

1st year will be ok untill you loose your hair , the TH hair will remain there but you still loose your original hair and you will get back to square 1.

the scar will be showing when your hair will be lost.

    sorry for my english.

  • I can't help but wonder how my grandfather who is 92 now has a full head of hair o.o Sure its white as snow but damn XD!

  • Being scalped is for the indians. If it aint FUE then its OLD technology and there is no way anyone could ever cut their hair short.

Spend the money on FUE and never have to worry about the scalping scar. Everyones skin is different and MOST will not have those very fine scars and even if they are fine they are still noticable and a tell tale sign you had a HT.

  • My understanding of why people go bald is that the blood supply to the hair root is cut off . After transplanting, is there any garantee that the same thing wont happen again and does the patient have to take supplements to ensure the success of the transplant?

  • Hair loss due to "poor blood supply" is a MYTH. Scientific research has proven that hereditary male pattern hair loss is caused by progressive miniaturization of hair follicles due to their sensitivity to DHT. Transplanted follicles harvested from the back of the scalp are considered immune to the effects of DHT and are therefore permanent. Well over 90% of the transplanted follicles survive. The use of medication (e.g. Propecia) with transplants is to protect the NON-transplanted hair.

  • Thank you, so does the patient remain on medication for life?

  • Patients are instructed to continue the medication if they want to continue to protect their hair that is at risk from male pattern hair loss. It probably won't be Propecia or finasteride 'forever,' but for now, that's the best we have!

  • Thank you, I thought that may be the case

  • Is stress a contributing factor to hair loss? Also I heard some pretty nasty things about Propecia causing permanent sexual dysfunction in men who use it. It would be great to get a response from someone who's actually used propecia for a long period of time. Thanks in advance if you answer my question :]

  • If you needed to stop Propecia for some reason, the medication is out of your system in approximately one week and DHT levels return to normal. Side effects with Propecia occur in ~1.8% of men in the clinical trials and less in 'real life.' Over the past 15 years, I've prescribed finasteride or Propecia to thousands of patients and seen temporary side effects quite rarely and NEVER permanently. If you want to stop the progression of male pattern hair loss, Propecia is an important step.

  • If the hair-loss prevention pills or lotions don't work for them, are patients suppose to keep chasing the empty places on their head by constantly transplanting hair in to them, as their male-pattern baldness keeps progressing?

  • Luckily, Propecia alone works 90% of the time to help men keep the hair they have. If hair loss progresses, however, then additional transplantation is needed to keep up with thinning. Routine follow-ups allow us to identify areas that are thinning out before they become obvious. If there's room for the grafts and enough donor hair, then we can maintain the coverage over time. "Chasing" progressive loss becomes a major issue mainly in patients who are NOT using medical treatments.

  • I say if someone feels like getting a hair transplant, it is their decision. Just like all other people who decide to get cosmetic surgery.

  • I know a guy who had his nutsack stretched over the top of his head. He now looks FANTASTIC! and people stare at him no matter where he goes.

  • How stupid. They look no better after than they did before. You have to accept the fact that most men will be hairless by the time they are 50. Who cares. You should be more worried about our families and you $100,000 credit card debt. I'm sure the Dr's who perform these surgeries are happy, but this is just too childish for a serious person to comprehend.

  • Niacin Vitamin A Protein Vitamen B(biotin) B6 (100mg/day) iron supplements Drink 11 glasses of clean water(filter flouride, chemicals, ect from tap) drop of iodine in a glass per day(contact doctor first) collagen nutrient(up to 6 pills/day) folic Acid B9 Magnesium Zinc Alfalfa-tablet. • @tigrestores vitaminshop, All great advice, but that's not going to stop Androgenetic Alopecia (hereditary hair loss). You need medication for that. Find a board-certified hair doctor and get on fda-approved treatments if you want to treat your hair loss effectively. --Dr. B.

  • Hair doctor? Whenever I inquire about my hair loss everyone laughs at me as if it's not a big deal I had no idea there were hair doctors?

  • What aren't there doctors for. Of course there are hair doctors

  • We know it's no laughing matter and there are certainly specialists available to help. There are medical societies, certification examinations/boards, consumer-advocates who are all involved in the medical treatment of hair loss. --Dr. B.

  • I've taken ,and still take, ALL of those and haven't seen any results

But it's still good advice just to keep healthy.

  • Try an FDA-approved treatment consistently for six months.

  • Why is this news?

  • Hair loss affects 100 million Americans and most, if given the option, would rather keep their hair. Hair transplants 'make news' today because contrary to public opinion, they are not pluggy or painful, and they are an effective treatment option.

  • This works like magic. No more hair loss and grow your hair back for good. And it's free.

  • CAN IT WORK FOR FACUIL HAIR

  • WIth skill and artistry, hair can be successfully transplanted from the scalp to restore eyebrows, eyelashes, sideburns, moutaches, goatees and beards--if necessary. Check the 'info' section of this video for Bauman Medical contact instructions.

  • That has failed. The hair has to be pretty similar to your own or your body will reject it. Also, when the folicle is removed to be transplanted, it has to be done almost immediately.

  • so can you get hair transplanted from other people, or does it have to be yours

  • It has to be your hair only...usually taken from the sides.

  • i don't understand that. couldnt you just take it from the sides of someone elses head

  • I just had my first transplant 8 days ago. The transplant itself did not hurt, but be prepared to sit for a long time. I was in the same chair for 8 hours. They do give you some good beds but there is some discomfort. Just make sure you have a lot of time off work for recovery. You will look like crap for a while. Also I've found it painful to wear a hat while I still have my stitches in.

  • and no, it does not hurt getting the procedure, if your doctor does it right, which he should. given the right ammount of anastesia, you wont feel a thing. a few warnings- taking care of it for the six days is a pain in the ass, make sure you don't have any big plans, and try to stay in the house for that week. you will probably experience a noticable swelling of the face, because i did. im always out, and it was so bad i didnt want to leave. after the six days, all ya do is wait.

  • i am 23, and had a hair transplant the other day. sucks too be young and losing hair, luckily it isnt extreme so i could still hide it until the grafts grow in. my doctor told me i will need another one down the line, if the medication i am on doesnt work. no big deal, shouldnt be the reason for you not to get the transplant.. DO IT!.it is very expensive, but its lfie changing. the hair hasnt grown in yet for me obviously, but i already feel more confident, knowing that in 6-8 months it will be.

  • my dad is having bald issues. if he goes in and gets this done, if he cuts it will it grow back? or does just stay there

  • The transplanted hair lives and grows there permanently.

  • @nykspree08 you should put some pictures up, im thinking about getting one

  • does it hurt?? what if you dont have any hair loss but wanna change your hairline?? would that work too?? and if so, would it hurt?? :( someone please tell me!

  • Hi, I got a hair transplant about 6 months ago (check my videos). My surgery didn't hurt at all... I have surgery videos as well as the day after video but if you want to get your hairline changed...you could do this. Consultations are free. So you can talk to them about it.

  • @Emblemz Changing your hairline with a hair transplant is certainly possible. Your hair transplant surgeon should guide you 'artistically' as to what is normal and what is not in order to avoid an 'obvious' problem. Modern hair transplant procedures should be 100% undetectable, but this has a lot to do with the artistry of the design of the transplanted hairline and technique. Procedures are virtually painless with easy recovery--just ask Jim Abath!

  • @alanbauman you refered to a complete hair transplant but for normal you dont need to be an artist!!!

  • As people rose hair spill prisoners had increased hair loss Do you know your?

  • How long will it take for procecia to start working?

  • Propecia typically stabilizes hair loss in 6 months, but it could take a year to know if it will improve some coverage.

  • thank you, but is it common for a 23 year old to lose hair? And if I ever get a transplant, will it fall again and what will happen to the reamaining hair that I have before the surgery? I do have hair still but it's thinning.

  • I started thinning when I was 23. I'm 38... haven't lost it all yet, so the process has been slow and gradual... I know I guy who got plugs (years ago!) in his 30s... and receded rapidly so he wound up with these unsightly plugs in the front of his head and wound up getting a wig. - - If you go on Rogaine/Propecia I guess it could possibly stop some of the loss... If the loss is sudden you should see your family doctor to make sure it isn't something else.

  • Modern hair transplant techniques, if performed with artistry, should not look pluggy or artificial. Small 'follicular-unit' grafts placed with the proper angle, orientation and position give a 100% natural result when it grows in. Today hair transplants should not be detectable! Propecia stops the ongoing loss of the non-transplanted hair 90% of the time.

  • Today it's common. The more receptor sites our generation inherits on our follicles, the more DHT attacks it. Take saw palmetto. I started taking it in june 07 and haven't lost any hair since late 07. Also don't use any shampoo that has sodium laurel or laureth sulfate in it. All it does is pile a bunch of crap additives on the follicle.

  • Hi, what saw palmetto do you take? Ive strated taking saw palmetto complex, with each capsule being 80mg of saw palmetto, 10mg of pygeum Africanum and then there are oils and berry extracts in there as well.

  • Hi, I take sundown's brand, since that's all we carry at work (work at a supermartket). Has like 400 mg, don't know if that's all in one capsule or two, since you have to take two at a shot. All I know is, six months AFTER I started taking it in june of 07', that's when the loss stopped even though the loss slowed down before that. mine is a berry exctract as wqell but I don't thinjk it has the other stuff you mentioned in it. there are many varieties but as long as the mg count is high..;.

  • .......then it should help. there are other things like shen min or shin men (whatever) that also block dht, but blocking dht will only stop it. you need to stimulate what you have left and NOT with rogaine. do some scalp massages at various times of the day. maybe do a SEMI hand stand to let the blood rush to youre scalp (semi, meaning lean off your couch or bed, just get the blood to the scalp. also don't use any shampoo that has sodium laurel or laureth sulfate. I use avalon organic.

  • It is common for a 23 year old to lose hair. I started losing mine around that age too. Its good to look at your family history to see about hair loss. If you chose to get a hair transplant and you have a history of a lot of hair loss..you could possibly need another further down the line.

  • have you noticed white people go bald the most? look at hispanics(south and central americans), asians, arabs, indians(of both types), you RARELY see any of them losing their hair, even older ones. since europe was industrialized first I am willing to bet the polution back then added to the genetics before coming to usa, as well as our horrid, chemically enhanced food and dairy. dht causes it but our doped up added hormone-laced food supply doesn't help. think about it

  • TeslaDRay <--

I've seen plenty of bald Asian and Black people... (I live in Tokyo and grew up in Philly, a city that was more than 50% black at the time) so that info might be anecdotal, especially since its trendy for black people to shave their heads when they're going bald (god bless Issac Hayes) - - Reminds me of a guy here who pointed out that you rarely see bald homeless people and proposed the remedy for baldness simply not washing your hair... and when you do using his magic shampoo...

  • Hi. Well I was going by the people I see at work every day (work in a super market) so I see thousands of people and someone like myself whom is obsessed with stopping baldness takes notice. We have all minorites at our store and sometiems I glance at some scalps, heha. Oh yeah I know some of those minorites go bald too, of course, but white people lose it the most - that's a fact.

  • im going to do this at yan hee hospital in Bangkok, its cheaper there with international high standards

  • Two question Dr Bauman.

    1. A quick pubmed search shows an article refering to saw palmetto and its potential benefit in hairloss. Do you have any experience in using it in your clinic and would you recommend using it for you patients?

    2. Also if a person has a lot of dandruff and wants to avoid rogain, can propecia be used by itself with efficacious results?

    Thanks

  • There are many 'treatments' for hair loss, but my advice to patients is to always stick with the FDA-approved treatments first. The data on Saw Palmetto is really lacking. That's not to say that it couldn't work, just more of a long-shot in my opinion. Think about it... if Saw Palmetto really did the same thing as Propecia, there would be the same side effects... the FDA warns women NOT to take saw palmetto.

  • Propecia is 90% effective on its own. This means that if you take the medication for five years, you have a 90% chance of looking 'the same' or 'better' than you did when you started. (Of course, if you don't take Propecia, you have a 75% chance of looking 'much worse'. It's all in the long-term clinical studies... Also, there's prescription versions of minoxidil (rogaine) which are a lot less irritating to the scalp.

  • im 21 and rapidly going bald but i cant come up with the 10,000 euros to pay for it, Im getting very desperate and am about ready to rob a bank to pay for this fucking thing, my confidence is extremely low

  • i bet your still cute

  • @libertineoverdose88 i understand hang in there my friend!!

  • @libertineoverdose88 get a wig

  • i read online propecia... can cause erectile dysfunction, and loss of desire for sex. possible side effect...

  • Very rare. Reversible if it occurs.

  • I have been on Propecia for almost 7 months now and its working well for me. It slowed down my shedding and after 6 months it almost stopped it. As far as erectile dysfunction, very small percentage have this side effect, it hasn't affected me at all.

  • i started saw palmmetto in june of 07 and i have not lost anymore hair since jan of 08

  • Guys don't waste your money! Take complete control of your body: Shave all hair off and go to the gym and get a good physique. That way, it is like you actually care about your body instead of worrying about hair. If you really want hair, hairpieces have improved greatly.

  • dude People ant going to Listin Soo why Even Speak (and dont Take it like am Telling you The shut up which am Not) but I have seen It In person and Yes It does work Just Fine The right doctor for it and Yea it cost but hey How Much for The Meds for hair Loss and Rogaine ur Most Likey Paying The same Price in The Long Run... and Its for Life...

  • I have had a few hair transplants. Started at 24 because I knew I would start to thin. At 41 I have a full head of hair. Don't waste money on meds and rogaine. I slept threw the whole thing.GO FOR IT !!!!

  • how much money have you spent in hair transplants? how expensive is it? are you in medication to stop your hair from falling off? thanks in advance for your attention to my post!

  • Bald B Gone cured my hairloss problem.

  • Lol, bald b gone...

  • You will get horrendous side effects if you get your hair done by this guy. He is also overpriced and has poor technique, but hes a fantastic public speaker.

  • I ended up seeing Dr. Samuel Lam of Lamfacialplastics who lies on youtube and his website and ended up with AWFUL work. He is nowhere as good as he says he is and he is far overpriced. He comes off as knowledgeable on his videos but as someone has said, he spends more time on the internet than he does in his office preparing for your surgery. He gets dates and important facts mixed up, and he really should be looked at by the Texas Medical Board. SEARCH YOUR DOCTORS THOROUGHLY PEOPLE.

  • Mix*

  • did he say "when u miz rogaine and Propecia u get a synergistic response"? does that mean u get quick results or wat? sum1 tell me bcuz i want to buy propecia and now he just said if u mix them something would happen synergisticly watever that friggen means.

  • hi i'm loosing my hair i'm 32 and i'm self conscious. I think it's a pity these women think that "he looks great" with his hair back and that's a sign of masculinity. it doesn't seem natural, it's a lot of money (better keep it for real difficulty)though i can understand to have implant when a man doesn't have a good shape of skull but all these men seem to me better looking before than now. So that makes me think that the problem is more in my mind

  • Fuck that . . . like 12,000 bucks. Just shave your shit and call it a day.

  • what is the possibility of developing some medication that needs to be given to kids to prevent future hair loss??????????? like vaccineeeeeee'

  • Hair loss is Genetic how do you create a vaccine for bad gene?

  • excatly how u get rid of bad apples!!!!!

  • its like the fucking whores on the news broadcast find this topic funny or something... but on the rare occasion that a bitch goes bald, its not.

  • Just go bald! fuck the rest

  • a hair transplant is very expensive, how effective is propecia?

  • its expensive but it works. Buying other products will just waste your money. I used to do that but decided on a hair transplant last month. Now I am posting up my progress with the HT on my page.

  • Propecia is extremely effective in keeping the hair you have--90% effective actually. If you have male pattern hair loss and don't take Propecia, you have a 75% chance of looking 'much worse' in five years.

If you take propecia, you have a 90% chance of looking the SAME or BETTER in five years.

Most transplant patients use propecia to minimize the amount of transplants they will need later on.

  • What about dutasteride? wouldn't that work better?

  • Watch out, I went to a so called Dr in Lansing, Mi and he turned out to be a crook. If I told you the bullshit that I went thru you would laugh your ass of. They will rob you blind. Don't believe what you see or hear.

  • Did you get a hair transplant by them? Or did it not get that far yet?

  • After I was sure the first hair transplant was a complete hoax, about eight months later I was called by the Dr. to set up a second , after all he had to hurry and cover the same area over before I noticed that no hair was growing. I found a clever way to get the second one done for free, and then I proceeded to tell him what a dirty p.o.s. he was.

  • How is your hair now?

I got mine done by Dr. Gaffney. He is an honest Dr. I am only 4 weeks in though.

  • It's so thin that it wasn't worth going the second time, after all the Dr. wanted me to feel so excited that I had a few hairs growing that I would be more than happy to spend even more money on this waste of time. See, what I'm saying is they will make something last a long time to get the maximum amount of money out of you, If he is an honest Dr it wouldn't take two tries to have what I have and thats a little bit of hair, You should be combing your hair in five mo. Good luck with it.

  • I hope you went to an honest Dr. Thats why I'm telling everyone to get in writing a full refund if no hair grows.

  • I gained my hair back by wearing Alex Chiu's Immortality Rings. My hairline went back to when I was 25. The rings really did help me gain lots of hair back.

  • i use propecia and rogaine every day and it does work. my hair line anly reseads a littlle bit each year

  • It may work for you But It dont work Well for Others..

  • It takes a long time to look for a Dr. I've been looking for 10 years (on and off) but finding the right doctor is key. I am going to get a hair transplant. I will be posting up videos on my progress. Feel free to subscribe to my channel so you can see how mine turns out!

  • So three hot ladies, and the slogan for the news is "Where you come first?" What city is this from anyway? I'm packing my stuff and headed out!

  • Lisa Hayward looks extremely fake... the smile...

  • i love that guy's south american wife. she is really sweet

  • A hair transplant is great if you go to the right Dr. There is a man( I can't call him a Dr) in Lansing, Michigan who turned out to be a crook. I could not believe what he went thru just to scam me. Do what i should of done, Have the Dr. sign a note from you that says .....If there is no hair growth within six month after surgery then you will refund 100% of my money,.That way he will be less likely to plant just hair with no roots on them. Its a trick to get you out the door. SHANNON ,you suck!

  • hello

  • I take finasterida to stop hair lose, really work, a lot of people has done it.

  • I've been using a generic 5% minoxidil (liquid) for less then 4 weeks and I'm already noticing changes. My question is does the Minoxidil only affect the areas it touches? If yes then how do some people grow facial/body hair after a substantial use.

  • what is minoxidil? how can i get it? how does it work? i want hair in face.....

  • finasterida stop lose hair, i am sure. Minoxidil 5% work in 84% people, but does not make hair grow at baldness, just on top of the scalp.

  • What?

  • It has to do with the small amount that gets absorbed by the bloodstream, carrying it to places (like the face) somewhat far from where the medication was applied (on the scalp).

  • The reason I mention this because I've been rubbing Minoxidil into 2 spots on my scalp but am noticing that another spot that I haven't even touched with minoxidil looks "thicker". Can this happen or am I just delusionial.

  • You are not delusional, minoxdil is absorbed into the local blood vessels, so it's common to get some improvement in other nearby areas.

  • that stuff makes you go balder when you stop using it..............honestly stop using it now

  • Incorrect. Obviously you would not want to stop the treatment if the medication is protecting your hair. You will go back to your 'baseline' if you stop and then progress normally from there. You will NOT be worse because of using propecia or minoxidil.

  • i'm 24 and thinking of doing one soon for my hairline anmd crown i have been getting a # 1 haircut or even lower since i was 12 so its not really noticeable except my right temple is back alot more than my left. is getting such a low hair cut for so long factor into hairloss? also can you recomend any surgeons in the new england area? thank you

  • dude same here been searching up and down the streets of boston for a hair specialist

  • Many (~40%) of our patients at Bauman Medical Group travel in from out-of-town for evaluations, treatments and procedures. It all starts with a 'virtual consultation' via email, digital photos and a phone call.

  • you have an office in vegas right? and you did the makeover show, or you were the go to doctor for that show?

  • Danm those anchor girls want his dick.

  • so there is hope!!

  • Honestly pretty rare, though.

  • Non-invasive treatments like minoxidil, laser and propecia are critical if you want to keep the hair you have. The earlier you start the medical treatments, the fewer transplants you will need to keep your hair looking good.

  • Actually, sexual side effects with Propecia are extremely rare--less that 3 out of 1000 at the 5 year mark. Most patients who have mild side effects see the side effects go away if they continue the treatment. Only rarely do the side effects persist so badly that we discontinue propecia.

  • 5 year mark? what do u mean by that?

well..i gotta say...even if its "only" 3 out of 1000 [btw..never heard this statistics], it aint matter. and why? because the concequences of being one of those 3-are SO HARSH that it doesnt worth even taking that risk! its better staying bald, than being 'dick-less'! :\ the risk is basically-losing your status as a man. no woman will go out\marry u. and anyways,to be stuffing chemicals into your body for the rest of your life?and if u stop-u lose all u kept

  • shit results. IM SCREWED lol. just hit 19 and its going... and suggestions?

  • are there any good hair transplant places in london

  • that's not even good results, not worth paying for it, if that nigga paid 4,000-12,000 then he better expect a fucking afro to grow

  • do u need to get a close hair cut before surgery?

  • No. You do not need a haircut prior to hair transplant surgery. You can actually get a haircut about two weeks after the procedure.

  • Good Job. I had my transplant last wednesday and only required 1000 graphs as I only needed my left and right temples filled in. AMazing transformation. If anyone requires a transplant..save up for it and do it. My totla cost was $3500.00 which is waaaaay cheaper than what it was five years ago.

  • Man that is alot of money just to have your temples done.

  • I have been losing my hair for years but have kept my head buzzed short (crew cut). If I ere to get a transplant, could I still keep it buzzed without it being so obvious that it is a transplant?

  • there is a scar at the back, you can't really shave it, as the scar will show, and you have to grow it long and a bald patch is just awful (if it's long) you could always fill scar in with dye or something, if that advice helps.

  • The linear scars today are hidden with a trichophytic closure. This allows hair to grow through the scar, camouflaging it. Other patients will have the FUE procedure or "Extraction" process where there is no scalpel or stitches--it is minimally invasive.

  • If your hair is short, and you keep it buzzed, you will need the hair transplant procedure called "FUE" or Follicular Unit Extraction. This is where we take one group of follicles at a time without a scalpel or stitches. The WSVN news video is on youtube called FOX or FUE procedure. It leave no visible scarring that is seen with the naked eye.

  • The NeoGraft / FUE device is a new instrument that allows harvesting without leaving a linear scar. It basically helps the surgeon pluck individual hairs or groups of hairs, one at a time. You can wear your hair buzzed short and no one can tell you had the procedure.
