  • Um yea u guys have no idea what ur talkin about. Vince is a cool guy ive researched him and watched dozens of his videos he knows what hes talkin about. Hes a national fitness champ. Hes got abs check out other videos. He teaches u how to lose fat and gives u knowledge about nutrition believe me...he's legit.

  • It looks like the quality of the film is blurred (including across his mid region) but you can see definition - he's not standing there tensing all of the time like most people posing - he is relaxed and what he is saying sounds sensible - therefore genuine - people need to chill and not criticise someone who is peddling something he obviously knows alot about...

  • First off you can't direct fat loss to any place. To get abs you need some muscle, sure, but you need very little body fat, and that's all there is to it. Loose fat, period. Nobody has NO abs, everybody has abs, but to see them, loose the fat! Vince is on point, just stay focused and dedicated to your goals.

  • Honestly if you have a plan for your workout and stay dedicated to them you will see a difference in your physique. But the key to a beautiful body is in the things you feed it with and also rest/recovery. The Roman empire wasen't built over night and neither will a great physique.

    Haha... You can't TARGET fat loss. Gotta boost that metabolism, eat more and smaller meals, and do 15-30 minutes of cardio a day... I'd say about 5 times a week.

    You'll lose fat everywhere when you do that, not just your belly. Your belly and ass just hold the most fat, that's why it takes longer to get rid of :)

  • Are you stupid? Belly fat = FAT! Which is layed over the abs. Its like this, you need to get rid of the layer of fat thats stopping you from seeing your abs. When you see these boxers. There all 100% muscle they dont even have 1% fat on them. You cant see abs if you got fat thats covering them you dickhead. You need cardio to get rid of the layer of fat. Doing 100 sit ups a day with a layer of fat covering them will do nothing, and you wont be able to see the abs. And doing sit ups wont lose fat

  • lol sorry to break it down but nobody on this earth has only 1% of fat in their body, not even boxers, theres abnormal fat which lays deep in ur body, and there is also structural fat which protects the internal organs and provides cushioning, also if there was only 1% of fat in ur body u could be one of the people that can easily faint when doing certain exercises as u need fat to burn. So i hope it was just an expression when u were typing. lol

  • I think hes referring to friends that influence your lifestyle. eg what you eat when you go out with your friends, where you go, what you do in weekends, that sort of thing. If you have good mates then theres no reason to break agood friendship, but if they stop you from reaching personel goals and they dont respect your motovation... then it maybe time to question them?

  • Another option is a low-carb protein shake slice or two of plain whole wheat break. Its cheap, very easy to prepare(you take it out of the bag, wrap in plastic wrap, done) and contains a decent amount of carbs, has a little protein in it and depending on the type, whole wheat bread can contain all three omega fatty acids(good for keep testostorne levels up and heart healthy).

    You could substitue the banana for some carrots, an apple, or celery. Just vegetables/fruits without much fruitose.

  • Banana + low carb protein shake. Bananas are high in potassium content, which helps prevent water retention, lowers chance of cardiovascular disease and contain a good amount of carbohydrates but without carbs from sugar.

    This is better than say a Candy bar + low-carb protein shake. A candy bar may be a similar amount of carbs, they a candy bar would be nearly entirely from sugar. It wouldn't keep you as full longer and sugar is more likely to be stored as fat.

  • This means you'll be eating 5 meals each roughly 3 hours apart which is ideal. You'll need to make your breakfast, lunch and dinners a bit smaller of course, otherwise you won't be hungry come snack time.

    For your snacks, try this:

  • That being said, protein takes longer to digest and will make you feel fuller longer than carbohydrates. Every meal you eat, should have some protein in it to help keep your body feeling full. It'll reduce cravings and hunger occuring between meals. This also helps keep your metabolism up.

    If you have 3 major meals a day at say 7:00am, 12:00pm to 1:00pm and again at 6:00pm, it would be not a bad idea to have a snack at 10:00am and 3:00pm.

  • 24g of protien + 2-3g of carbs(a low carb protien shake) is roughly 110 calories.

    24g of protien + 45g of carbo hydrates is about 370 calories.

    Just watch the protein you buy to see if its low-carb or carb-heavy. If its carb-heavy, your adding many more calories than a low-carb protein shake. That's obvious if you look at the numbers above. Almost 4x as many calories.
