  • im a 41 year old black truck driver and i cry like a girl every time i watch this.

  • She died "Promise me you will die and old woman, warm in your bed" Jack says when he dies

  • Ahh! It's backwards! Or mirrored or whatever! I couldn't watch it! :( it took away from it... Well it did for me anyway.

  • I think all of us would like have this as a montage after a chapter in our lives closes. Be surrounded by the people that wear around you.

  • I seriously cry everytime I watch this movie, I love it so much <3

  • She is not dreaming she died and went to heaven remember jack said that she was gonna die an old women warm in her bed, and thats exactly what happened

  • i had to cry at this scene... but someone notice the men below the stairs is standing not on the left side

  • this is filmed on the left side... i thought it was filmd at the right side... the man below the step seems to be standing on the left side of the stairs.. and normaly he stands at the other side of the stairs

  • is it me or is this video reversed? isnt she ascending from the left side and jacks stands on the left? and the pics on the beginning. arent they on the right?

  • @Kewlaidez i think the video had to be flipped around in order to be posted on to youtube due to copyrights and all. but u are right in the fact in that it is reversed

  • @Kewlaidez Yes, its mirrored, done by the uploader. Makes me see things I never saw before though

  • @Tgogators Same here. I never noticed some people (after seeing the movie over 30 times) which I suddenly saw after one view.

  • sailing to heaven!

  • ma scene préférer qui me fait temps pleurer ... , j'ai tous compris mais c'est long à expliquer mais pas dur de comprendre !

  • Keep crying when watching this movie

  • Sad she died

  • She dies at the very end, the bright light is her actual moment of death - the passengers on the ship are the people she sees in 'the tunnel', showing her the way to nirvana, which Jack symbolises.

  • @Messylin So does she end up with jack? seeing how you said nirvana represent jack?

  • You got to wonder, that since she used to smoke and drink and almost died of hypothermia, how she was able to live to 100?

  • great job, james cameron

  • 1:56 There's the captian

  • esmuy bueno cuando esta alreves la imagen

  • 'You're gonna die an old, old woman, warm in her bed."

  • The Stewardess at the top of the stairs...I think that's Lucy. The one who Andrews tells to put a lifebelt on as he is walking up the halls. I know there was a real Stewardess named Lucy and she died.

  • *Crying* I love this movie! It's so touching! :'3

  • i feel so like its too good to be true and that Rose and Jack should have done much more for each other

  • @beardedasianguy1

What do you mean by, they should have done more for each other?

In my eyes, they did everything what possibly could be done,

A true lovestory like this, and only in/for 3 days ? They showed more love then the couples you see today!

  • Can I have a turn kissing Leo?? :)

  • what song is this and where can i get a copy

  • This one has the best quality.

  • wait is this backwards from the other videos XD

  • wait til roses grandaughter finds out shes dead :o

  • This is the best and only movie that will ever make me cry!!

  • Someday I hope to have loads of photos from my life like that. (Silly I know)

  • i can almost see everyone i loved in the movie in this scene

only can't find the irish family sadly .. those kids where cute ..

this is my favourite scene from the whole movie, a good ending

  • the souls need to move on from these tragedy

  • 1:31 Something I never noticed...Fabrizio got with his little Irish girlfriend from the party in Third Class..Awwwwh!

  • @x0DisneyGirl0x

no cora is with here father ( and probably mother )

fabrizio is at 1:31 with Helga from norway

  • @x0DisneyGirl0x yea i saw that aswell.

  • peace to you Rose, have a wonderful dream

  • Perfect ending to a perfect movie.

  • i cry more in the im flying scene

  • i cry a lot more during this scene than while watching Jack die

  • If you look very close at the clock the time is the very time titanic was fully submerged. Great hidden detail

  • TITANIC IS BETTER THAN AVATAR. THAT IS A FACT. HOWEVER, AVATAR HAS MADE $940 MILLION MORE THAN TITANIC. WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO CHANGE THIS. TITANIC IS BEING RE-RELEASED INTO CINEMAS IN 3D NEXT YEAR TO CELEBRATE THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SINKING OF TITANIC. IF EVERYONE GOES TO SEE IT, THEN TITANIC WILL RECLAIM IT'S CORRECT POSITION AS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL FILM OF ALL TIME. TELL ALL OF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO GET OUT AND GO TO SEE IT. ALSO, PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE.

  • I see victor newman!

  • O my god. I wanna cry so bad. What a fantastic scene! And music!

  • I used to think that this was only a dream Rose was having, but I heard another theory that this is actually her dying and going to her own Heaven - being reunited with Jack.

Oddly, enough I actually think that is really appropriate - she dies while at sea, like the others on the Titanic, but it's a peaceful death.

  • She also dies in the same place or area of the ocean where jack died next to her 84 years before only difference is shes in her bed and on a ship directly overhead the spot where titanic sunk.

  • @charlieiscool1000 You know, I never even thought of that. She's as close as she can get to him without actually being with him...until this happens =)

  • @SuzieGuru - yeah, this is Rose dying. Remember Jack told her she was going to die an old woman warm in her bed, this is supposed to be how she dies and they're reunited on the ship. <3

  • why the fuck am i sad at this part everytime?!?!?! I should be happy!!!

  • can you tell me what song this is??? thanks so much

  • @pigs55566 it's called 'the dream'

  • @pigs55566 hymn to the sea

  • cant wait for the titanic 3D it will be awesome

  • this film and the notebook... the only two films that make me cry like a baby... :L

  • i love this ending its perfect and more sad when she walks into the room and theres all the people who died on titanic smiling and proud of her and that and makes it worse when she sees jack xxxx but there both happy now :) xxx

  • goosebumps, everytime. anyone else notice that the classes were combined?! lovely, absolutely lovely.

  • No separation of the classes this time. In death on the ship, they are all one

  • @ddd62291 EXACTLY thank you i'm glad there are people who think like me :)

  • So this clips class is pet's and animals??? WTF O_o

  • Lets never forget those 1,517 souls who perished when the Titanic sank on April 15th 1912.

    I will never forget you.

Lets us always remember the 1,517 souls who perished when the Titanic sank on April 15th 1912 and we must never forget the memory of those who perished that fateful night.

  • Its sooooo cute . I love that

  • I don't see Cal's bodyguard in this scene. Even in death, he still disagrees with Rose being with Jack.

  • I wonder what Fabrizio and Thomas Andrews are talking about?

  • Heros want redheads.

  • My favorite part.....

    thanks for uploading

  • at 1:40 is that cal at the very top in the tux????

  • @caseyb889 or at 1:57 behind jack???

  • @caseyb889 it must be lol. cause he doesnt look happy does he??

  • This video is backwards

  • 100 times watch this scene .I cry 100 times.

  • At 01:23 when the music starts, it never fails to get me.

  • I tried watching this today without crying... i failed miserably.

  • @mang0l0v3r i fail miseralby everytime i try not to cry at this movie lol

  • @mang0l0v3r Mee too... :'( :$

  • To see all of them waiting for her make me wanna cry.

  • She died.

  • my friend was playing this music on our cruise ship, my god, it was amazing

  • @badturkali omg that sounds awesome. if i ever go on the cruise I am definitely doing that

  • ok so i always thought that she died and went back to her happiest time to see her true love, or is this just a dream?

  • wow. die in old old lady warm in her bed.

    Shoot tabaco like a man

    spit like a man.

    "none of that side stuff."

"You mean one leg on each side!?"

everything they were talking about she has done.

  • Did she die or was she just dreaming ??

  • @PrincessxxScene She died, Jack tells her she will die an "old lady warm in her bed", and after she lives a full life and as we see in the pictures did the things she and Jack were going to do together she dies and goes to the place she was happiest.

  • Ahh, she did all the things she wanted to do with Jack... She even learned how to ride a horse like a man,. Jack promised her to learn her that. But he couldn't do it =(

  • @xXxLunaaxXx well thats a shame but luckily Jack wasn't here to see this otherwise it would have made him horny as hell seeing rose RIDDING THE HORSE.

  • @MrBeanLovesSex

    Grow up. -.-'

  • Still the best movie of all time, just like MJ Thriller remain the best album of all time,Titanic will remain the best movie of all time.

  • Still the best movie of all time

  • Never EVER gets old!

  • So sad and lovely at the same time! <3 Love this <3

  • @davlor86

James Cameron intentionally left this scene to the viewers interpretation.

He says it could either be that Rose is dreaming or, like the actor who plays the older Rose believes, that she died in her sleep and this is her heaven.

  • can anyone tell me what version this is, I can't find it.

  • Thanks alot for such wondrful part

  • Thank u so much for that wonderful piece of video

    thanks alot

    its the best part

  • Great

  • was this a dream or a near death experience??

  • Comment removed

  • wheres the captain :(

  • Maybe it's because the image is flipped and I tend to look to the right more, but this is the first time I noticed Tommy next to the band. I always thought he either blended really well in the crowd or that they decided to leave him out of this scene for some reason.

  • best scene in the film. poor mister andrews. hes was fave in the hole film. dame right it's a mathematical certainty. stupid idots. she cant sink. "she's made made of iron sir! she can and she will !" had everyone ( apart from mr andrews) up to this point forgot iron sinks in water.

  • yeah it wasnt a dream, rose, finally forfils her life, she dies an old lady , warm in her bed, that was her promise to jack. and then she is reunited with him, on the titanic.

  • is this scene filmed on both the left and right side?

  • @JordoF6 no the youtuber probably flipped the image so it would be less liable to copyright

  • I kind of hope she is meant to be dead at the end of this movie. if she had to see that every night it would be such torture! Imagen having your true love in front of you every night and then snatched away every morning!

  • Ten years after I've seen this movie, I still can't find the words to describe this scene. Every time I see this I get goosebumps and my heart starts beating like crazy. At least I manage to not shed a tear or two :P Very powerful scene

  • @darqube Wow tell me about it...no words to describe this movie.

  • This has the best quality of all the titanic ending vids

  • Did anyone catch that this version is taped backwards. In the real movie they approach from the other side of the ship. Just saying lol

  • this wasnt a dream, when she laid on the bed she died and then she reunited with jack again in the afterlife

  • I remember in 1997 there were kids bragging about seeing this film 17 times, my cousin in particular. Why not just wait until it came out on video to see it that many times?

  • It's reversed because of copyright problems... or so I've heard. :/

  • I wont cry, i won't cry, i won't cry,

NAHHH! I CRIED!!!!! I'M A DAMN SOFTIE! DAMN YOU JAMES CAMERON! HAVN"T CRIED IN 2 YEARS! YOU BROKE THE RECORD!

  • this is the best scene in the movie. <3 <3 <3 but it always makes me cry

  • sad this few reviews. I cried openly at this part.

  • I'm pretty sure the entire video here is flipped than it is in the movie.

  • A beautiful ending to a fantastic movie. My hat is permanently removed from my head to you, James Cameron.

  • Revolutionary Road ended in reverse with the death

  • it is happening in reverse

  • The photos show that Rose had a full life just as Jack said she would. I remember seeing this in the movie theater when it first came out and the whole audience had tears in their eyes when they were walking out.

  • very beautiful

  • "He exists now... only in my memory." Her smile is morbid in all its joy to have known him. Well, neither your life nor his death parted you two.

What an ending guys! I'm attracted by the pure genius way its taken then I begin crying... for its beauty and its tragedy.

  • This is my favorite part of the movie!

  • @MrsBoSinclair Don't you mean it's the most memorable part of the movie? But hey it still gets to you.

    That was the point.

  • Gotta wonder if those souls still walk aboard that ship today... I hope they do!

  • @SBernardoni1991 Im sure they do ! :) i wish i was on that ship some times

  • @SBernardoni1991 dude that will be f*****up!

  • @SBernardoni1991 i wanna see them
