Yes, Haman is a descendant of Agog who was a descendant of Amalek, may his name be erased.

King Shaul, the first king of Israel, could have killed Agog, but waited one extra night.

During that night, Agog had someone sneak a woman into his chamber and he was with her and from that union eventually came Haman.

Shaul lost kingship for this (and not killing the cattle) and it went to Yehudah in the form of King David.
