  • Number 7 bad boy? Better start running away from him.

  • I ran 50 marathons in 56 days last year, best experience of my life! go Dean go!

  • Number 7, Dean is way too overrated. His times are very slow compared to other amateur runners.

  • @TheSwingingSword true dude, but the difference is unlike other amateur and even proffesional runners is that Dean is out there touching peoples spirits inspiring full blown couch potatos(like myself) to turn their life around and live an active lifestyle. no other runners can touch deans caliber when it comes to inspiration and motivation.

  • @TheSwingingSword in regards to what runs? he has ran in the Gobi Desert, Antarctica, done the Western States 100 mile endurance run about 8 or more times, done marathons and ultra runs all over the world, ..plus he never said he was fast, but he can keep going. ..and what's fast to you? during his 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 days he often averaged a pretty decent time of 7something min miles (give or take). averaging 4 hours of sleep most nights

  • for me you're the best.................

  • I have spoken to Dean a lot in the last year, he is the reason I ran 50 marathons in 56 days through Europe. There are a lot of great runners out there, Pam Reed, Lisa Smith Batchen, Lisa ran 50 miles a day in every state in 50 days!

  • Fake totally faaaaake

  • @shadycecil its not a fake !!!

  • I just finished his book :)

I can safely say he is my biggest inspiration <3

  • a donut running next to you? and the road is a taco? SHIT!! I thought that WAS normal :P

  • Just finished Ultramarathon Man Book great read, Dean sounds like he really enjoys the great adventure of the outdoors and trying to better himself each day he hits the road or trail

  • I have to read this book for school.

  • crazy but awesome

  • @ogag5250 lucky...

  • what the fuck?? 226 miles straight??

    what the fuck??

    what¿

    sleep running?¿

    what??

    what the fuck???

    mutant i say

10Km in 45 mins is enough for me :D

  • lol. i cant run 2kms straight without stopping.

  • Currently I've started a routine of two 2mile runs and I'm right there with you. I was surprised by how much easier it got in less than a week. We'll see how far I can go, but i agree its crazy to run100miles.

  • what was the show? I'd like to see number 1

  • quite obvious your just a lard ass who is jealous hes run in 120 degree F in death valley -40 in the south pole, did 50 consecutive marathons in 50 days and jogged 550km straight without stopping and runs in numerous charity's for sick kids and what have you done could you even walk 550km in a span of 6 months let alone continously jackass

  • Nailed it! You, sir, with your twenty minute 5ks, 3+ hour marathons, really told me off!

Seriously speaking, your argument would have been much more effective if you had refrained from words such as "lard ass."

And to adress your attacks, 550km in 6 months is a relatively easy feat.

Now I'm done responding to you. Thanks for a nice laugh.

P.S. I have a BMI of 19...so unfortunately I am anything but "lard."

  • He's silver buckled at States every time. That's saying something.

  • not sure who #6 is on the "bad boy" list, but Dean is more of a bad ass already.

  • my inspiration in running... thx.. =O)

  • This Man is amazing. I have read his book

  • Punch your self quickener..your a joke
