The cattle owner has been LEGALLY Leasing the land from the BLM. The BLM is falsely claiming that the cattle owner is not using the land to graze cattle or is not using the minimum acreage of grazing land to justify Leasing the land to the cattle owner. The BLM wants to confiscate the land or use eminent domain to retrieve the land for developing the underground water resources for the urban populations in Southern Nevada but profitable cattle ranchers have efficiently used the land for140+years

You do realize that the Federal government reigns supreme to State and Local governments, especially in matters of armed force, right? If not, you should read up on the Whiskey Rebellion, when Pres. George Washington mobilized 15,000 members of the state militias against anti-tax rebels in Pennsylvania.
Another interesting tidbit: the President is Commander and Chief of the militia as well as regular military.

Feds cannot enter a county without getting permission from the local sheriff. The sheriff is elected by the people. That is the way it works and this is a good thing. I wouldn't call it a civil war, it's the law and it works.
