Is it OK for a Christian to have cosmetic surgery to counteract some aspects of aging?

Seriously I think it's an American thing to hate "old" cause in some countries, I see people who want to get old-one of the reasons being the respect old people get in those culture. It's sad that the American culture has little or no respect for the elderly!

Now I am really confused , I thought God didnt care about the content of anyone`s heart. He is quite happy to burn Muslims for all eternity , even if their heart is full of selfless sacrifice and love. I thought He only wants a telepathic pledge of allegience. Because an infinite punishment for a finite crime (coveting your neighbours wife ?) can in no way be described as justice. Torturing someone for all eternity ? That is just vile . Torturing someone for 3 seconds is repulsive enough. As for torturing someone for merely having an opinion ? (Me , I dont believe Jehovah exists , because I am a scientist and see no evidence )

It's good to grow old with God, and good to be content with what God has given you, However I see no sin (nor did Piper ellude to it) in having cosmetice surgery done, provided it is not for reasons of vanity, and provided you are not wasting money, using funds that are needed elsewhere. I know I can show you some before and after photos of people (who afterwards look very natural; you wouldn't know they had surgery done) and you would agree they are better off after.

Becoming old (is becoming sickly towards dying)and aging is expressing no knowledge.

Our new spirit is immortal forever beautiful young.

In Paradise we do not age.

God gave us a paradisaical new spirit in His beautiful image.

Aging is therefore NOT Godly!

We suppose to express the new spirit by renewing the mind,and so renewing the body forever.

Expressing our God;s-image like new spirit all the way throughout our bodies.

And hate death and ugliness and genetic deformity for ourselves. As poverty. So long for it and decree it. He loves to give want is His to His children!
