  • Cool!

  • Nice vid, fits perfectly with the song, and that's hard to do with a fast song like papercut.

    5 and to my favs.

  • Thanks Everyone! I appreciate the words. One of these days I will finish my original plan of doing a video for each of the LOTR movies. :)

    awesome

  • awsome job this is one of the best video i've seen on youtube with LP's song Papercut

  • Thanks man - appreciate the kind words :)

  • Thanks man - I did this one immediately after the first movie hit as a DVD. The goal was to do a different song for each of the movies. I'm glad you picked up the subtle cuts - and I agree in looking back that there is definately some room to improve :-)

  • Did you do the other videos?

  • Yep - everything that I posted is stuff done by or editing together by me.

    :-)

  • But it's still very well done; Linkin Park music is hard to keep up with, so I'm glad to find someone for once who can manage it. I've been looking for a good video for this song for a while, and you pulled it off. And sorry for leaving three comments, but this was too long for just one.

  • I think one problem that the video has though is that, except for the "face" lines, you don't pay as much attention to the lyrics as the music, so the video's not in tune with the spirit of the song. I mean, you used mostly just fighting clips, but if you listen to the lyrics, it would really make more sense if it were just about Frodo and Sauron; you could have made it much more personal and in depth.

  • Dude, you have EXCELLENT timing in this video, and I could tell it was totally deliberate. It was even more impressive that the big musical cues didn't just coincide with a flash to a different clip, but were in time with important actions IN the clips, so, very good job with that. I also appreciated how you used different "faces": Sauron, the Ring Wraith, that big Orc, and others.
