@amerrrricano It's not really too much that differs, there is a very thin line between beautiful and handsome, however the key elements I've found are: eyebrown shape, high cheek bones, lip color and defined jawline.

Great tutorial and very helpful! I was just curious...I have very feminine features, so if I were to crossplay a guy, would I just apply more makeup? Or how would I go about that?

@LynniePants if your face is very feminine the main points you would apply more shadows in the cheeks. You can also try the nose but sometimes It will make it too bold c: I hope that helps

Question about eyebrows;

Mine are dark and large and I'm planning to cosplay as two characters with different hair colors. One of them is dark blue, so I'm not too worried. But the other has gray hair.

What would I use for the eyebrows? I'm thinking of using face paint, but I'm not sure what would happen if it was put on foundation.

okays, for this, get acrylic paint, mix the color of the wig...NOW put glue over your eyebrows, washable, elmers or a glue stick (this washes right on out and it wont hurt your skin) paint the glue on your brows or rub the glue stick on them. Wait for it to dry, then paint over it as naturaly as possible with the paint, it looks pretty realistic and its effective XP add a bit of the same colored eyeshadow over it if you want a more 'hairy' looking effect!

@animeotaku307 If it dries it should work just fine, but to avoid dying your eyebrows stick with some glue too XP you could also cake on the glue and foundation over the eyebrow and draw them on with facepaint or eyeliner

That looks pretty awesome actually, especially in the house lighting where you don't look deathly pale in contrast to the eye shadow, haha. I don't like how exaggerated you made the shadows on the sides of the nose, so I think I'll play around with making it softer when I do this. Thanks for the video :) (you make a great Link, too!)

Thank you, that was very useful. I also like that you showed what it looked like in different lighting. It makes a big difference. I'm trying to crossplay Claude from Kuroshitsuji 2 and I just need that extra help to become a sexy bishounen. Just a question though, Claude is very pale and I'm kind of tan, is it alright to just highlight the parts that need to and leaving be the rest? Or should i get a more neutral color like grey or something to shade?

I'm going to the Anime Expo soon and this helped me out a lot for my Link cosplay tho idk if I will use make up but I can practice applying it to see what happens. I just have to see if I have any of this makeup in my closet in my makeup bag. I only use makeup for cosplaying anyways so idk what I have. heh heh ^^;
