Hi! you can substitute white flour but it won't be as healthy as if you use white whole wheat flour! the whole wheat flour has more nutrients and more fiber! but, if you are strictly going for taste you can definitely use the regular white flour.

btw, i'm Blake's mom---i noticed your email is "gymnastics" lover---what a FUN sport!! i'm 34 now but i was really into gymnastics when i was younger =)
