European mink are not true mink. They are actually more closely related to polecats and ferrets. European mink have been bred to European polecats in captivity and have produced offspring.

these things are freaky and apparently bad pets. also they eat insects and live rodents which is quite nasty to have around a house.

actually i thought they were both european minks .. the right one has white spots around his nose and neck too and i also thought american minks are bigger than the european ones

lol that was collecting food! The European looks a little more tame and safe than the american one. Both mine are american, soon expecting pups.. I'd like to se more of the minks you have in the future too!
