Hahah, that massive 1sec spike to build had me laugh.
Worth it for the realtime performance but that is something that would need to be worked on as that is *very costly* when you want to teleport into a region filled with lots of avatars.
It looks great! With this mesh deformer I'll can use mesh clothes. The way it's now, I refuse to change my shape or make it almost completely invisible to use mesh!
Hey Qarl, since you mentioned it, can we have before uploading a selection of which deformers we want to work on the mesh/rigged mesh we upload? That way we can avoid awful mesh incompatibilities.
wery good work qourl.I saw video and felt so happy that this deformer is in such good lvl alredy.Just my question is do we still need to pass that riging nightmare and weight paints to upload urs objects then apply script of deformer or it will be part of wiever automaticaly and we will not need pass weight painting and so on?.Yuo wear mesh clothes and it resizes etc etc.....???

Good job, seems very nice already. What do you think is the main thing to fix on it right now?
And, I would like to see this in a more "big" mesh. That oufit almost fit the shape of any avatar, but what could happen in things like armors that are a bit more bigger than usual clothes? I would like to see an example and how it works.

Mesh would need a flag/checkbox for allowing shape deformation. Otherwise it won't be friendly for robot/mechanized avatars.
