Dust Devil

I've been chasing for 25 yrs, and am from Nebr. Where in Nebr. was this? Anyhow, there is not enough shown in the vid to help identify what this is. We cannot tell at all if there was rotation up above in the clouds. The duration on the ground means absolutely nothing at all, some strong naders only touch down for a second or two. If it was warm (as someone mentioned) that means absolutely nothing either. Tornadoes need warm, humid air to happen. It was a torn-warned storm-prob. a weak nader.

yay I actually did see it, it looks like a dust devil, but if I see that sky I asume that it was in fact a land spout. How warm was it that day? If it was pretty warm than its most likely a dust devil since it lasted that short. Otherwise I think its a land spout.

A dust devil, the area where it formed was still covered in sunlight so it was powered by the heated surface and it was very small and it had nothing to do with the storm that was aproaching.
