I had been doing planks and a few other things, but after doing this series, I was able to go for a run and keep my hips and torso aligned, without thinking about it. This is a great series of routines.
You could do 1,000 reps a day and it won't give you a six pack. You cannot spot reduce areas of fat. Diet is king. Full body exercises is queen. Doing squats and kettlebell swings will produce better results.
@MikeEves1 This exercise will provide for the six pack abs, definitely. What you are talking about is whether or not they will show. Low body fat percentage will make this exercise really shine, as it will allow those abs you've worked up to be easily seen. Otherwise, the abs are still there, but not visible.
@MikeEves1 he doesn't talk about burning stomach fat, he talks about toning your abs. regardless of whether you have fat on top of your abdominals or not this is still good for the muscles. for those of us who don't have any fat covering the muscles, it definitely improves the tone of a six pack.
dont forget lads 75% of the journey in relation to abs is won in the kitchen.
5 to 6 medium meals with reduction in complex carbs later in the day.
do your cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast you will be burning pure fat. I am 45 and have been training for over25 years so know a little bit.
Exercise if for life. Do full body exercises, forget the isolation rubbish. Do things like med ball wood chops, squat & press combos and work with kettlebells doing swings, clean & press, snatches, turkish get ups. Do timed sets and circuits. You'll get results in no time at all and your fitness levels will be sky high to boot.
I've been doing this for 3 straight days and I'm already seeing some results. I can't wait til 2 more weeks. My abs will probably poke out when I'm not even flexing them. :D

yeah this works i have been doing this for a year and i do 2minutes and 30 seconds each exercise. my only concern is when doing leg scizors that long its starts shaking like hell (its like abs and legs are both being worked out cause i lift leg weights too)
To get rid of any fat (your love handles) you need to do cardio, NOT abdominal routines. Search videos concerning cardio, not crunches. Things like running or jumping roping etc...
I was at a friend's house and he showed me this workout (we both have been workin' out to get in shape). After watching this video he made me do the set and when i did it, holy crap it wasn't what i had expected. I mean it looked difficult but on the exercise where you twist your body and work out your obliques, it really kills you lol
After i did it, i could have done another set to finish ma workout but i was like "NAHHH". Although i do definitely admit that this thing works...
if you do it every day for one week u will even start to see a diffrence. that is if you do the exercise properly. id say after about 2 - 3 months you would have shredded abs. although im jsut estimating.

I would not encourage any exercise that involves lying down (other than bonking). Train your body as one unit rather than separate muscles.

You're not going to get lean and scultured doing endless cardio. Do circuits and full body exercises. You'll be stronger too.
Look at long distance runners and then look at sprinters and gymnasts. I know what I'd rather look like!

cardio is one of the more efficient ways of burning fat yes,but not the only way.
strength and power exercises will still burn fat just not at quite the same rate.
ganted-core workouts dont result in "six-packs" but they arent completely defunct,they are still very functional.

if you do it every day for one week u will even start to see a diffrence. that is if you do the exercise properly. id say after about 2 - 3 months you would have shredded abs. although im jsut estimating.
