there's no good music, shat music, or whatever it is. when it comes to music, if you 'like' it, then listen to it. if it 'bores' you, don't listen to it. perhaps you can just say, 'it's just not my type of music'. music is like religion, if you believe so then go ahead believe it. if you don't believe it, well then, it'd be out of norm if you say that's 'bad music', right? cos that means you're saying that someone's religion is bad. simple logic.

I dont think youd spend 2 years on an album album , if you hated it youd stop fullstop. so i belive you just did it to be a troll , and my opinion is that youre music was terrible.

@chanceie12 seems like you got pretty butt hurt over my comment pal, so much so that you felt the need to go watch my videos.... thanks for the views i guess. anyway those were half assed covers of balmohrea and this will destroy you, to very beautiful and compelling bands by the way. i think most would agree. thats a pretty harsh judgement you've passed on me as well. sad? jealous? tell me how have you deduced all this about me from my comment on this particular video???

@chanceie12 "boring music" was simply an observation ive made over the last 2 years of owning the XX's album.... believe me ive tried to get into it, but it just lacks something. there is nothing attention grabbing on the album... with all of that said, this is merely my opinion about the band. one more thing, while they are successful to some degree, talented though.... i'd say hardly.

@devinross well, us, the XX fans are not looking for that 'attention'. we love this type of music, we love the XX. if you're looking for some sort of 'attention grabbing' please find another channel like katy perry or lady gaga. they're 'grabbing' attention if you know what i mean. :)

@powercard10 im not asking for it to be attention grabbin or catchy or what have you. i listen to all types of music from raging and loud to very soft and quiet. the xx just seem to be so sullen and dull and really quite pretentious, which is fine. they simply just are not those things in a good way. they are uninspiring, when i listen to them i feel nothing. i listen to everything from GSYBE to the watchmen to black flag. the xx strike me as a second rate the cure...

@holdaas actually, upon further analysis, he DEFINITELY is off time. I'm not saying thats a horrible thing, it doesn't effect the song too much, it just seems for the first few measures that he is slow with the bass drum hits and then makes up for it by making the claps really fast. I was probably exaggerating by saying he was "really" off time.
