Junior is one the most amazing horses ive ever seen. u may know your stuff about your mexican crap.. but when it comes to reining u dont know ne thing. his head carrage is absolutly gorgeous and u would have to be retarted not to mark those stops:0 i jsut hope my "junior" baby is half as good as he is. 4 all you reiners, look for "Dressed for a Revolution" in the nrha furturity in 2012 riden eather by Matt Flarida or Caleb Roberts. its my bby

For a good example on Mexican vaquero and Spanish riding styles see Pablo Hermoso de Mendoza on his horse "Merlin". This is real vaquero horsemanship as it is practiced with real fighting bulls.

and I don't think this is great riding for on min 2:45 the "rider" loses his balance and places his heels very far back.

The real Mexican vaqueros (before the invention of the automobile) were masters at reining and often dealt with fierce bulls--this nowadays is just a show.

I don't want to offend anyone but this looks ugly; this excessive lowering of the horse's head is very ugly. I enjoy "Doma Vaquera" from Spain much more for it is much more refined and more beutiful.

I've read the Einstein's story in the Performance Horse magazine and I tell you I admire the risk Vandorf took with this horse. The risky business paid off.
