Does anybody have a clip about this 40ish black woman who guessed on oprah show, a few years back, telling oprah why she meditates for 30 mins to an hour each day. Because if you see how she looked on oprah show, you'll be amazed on how beautiful and young looking she was. It's something to get you inspired.
This is great! That 1 second of successfull meditation is all you really need. You inspired me to do more 100 second meditations....
