@ohverrmynd They're FORMER Division I players, meaning they've probably lost a step (or in Granville's case, 3 steps). I'm guessing each one of them could still beat YOU though.
No offense, but none of these testers should be using the "tour" racquets. They just aren't good enough to take advantage of the weight and stiffness. i can tell none of these guys have ever competed on even a collegiate level so I have an issue believing their opinions. They really need someone who at least plays at a collegiate level for credibility.
For the record, Granville played at Arizona State University, Danny played at San Diego State University, Chris played at University of South Carolina, Spartanburg, and Troy played junior college tennis. Seems plenty credible, though we all are entitled to our opinions.
@tenniswarehouse I find that hard to believe. Maybe they played something else at those univerisities but there's no way in hell they were involved with the tennis team..unless they were water boys.
Stop acting so smart. Adding useless comments to an informative video. If you don't like the review stay away or go whine somewhere else. If you don't like these testers go watch express or others.
@shawnspeed3 lol these guys are all credible they spend their time testing racquets and have allot of experience. lol the only place that i truly agree with your statement shawn is on the tennis express reviewing team they all are terrible so count your blessings that all the players are 4.0 and better players
I've been using the old Wilson "Graphite Aggressor" racket for 1/2 year. It is similar to this racket, about the a little heavier weight, same balance, and same string pattern. Its sound, feel and power does make me smile each hit. Same as Chris said, stroke can be easily adjust but serving took me a while which I've been force to do more flat serve. I'm pretty sure I'll like this Dunlop, I'm waiting for its price go down :)
why all guy testers? I'm a girl and although i love this racquet to death, it can get so frikkin heavy at times, but then again i already knew what i was getting into- not to mention i switched from the regular Dunlop 200 Plus (one of the lightest ones of its kind) to this one, so it took some getting used to.
@ccmasterk lol. I'm not so sure about that rating either, but I've tried not to be too judgemental of these players. BUT, his forehand (shakes head); I'm sure it's effective enough and mechanically sound, but boy is that one UGLY shot.
It seems as if granville wasn't trying his best

Danny has an awesome looking backhand stroke; catches the ball early. He and Granville both have very good mechanics.
