  • Mendelssohn was on a totally higher level when it came to music , Wagner was a dirty cockroach schmuck that couldnt compose a delightful tune, he is just no match to Mendelssohn's genius and greatness.

  • @saulboyjt agree

  • a memorable moment 1:25

  • Eminem sing this Song This Name is Sing for the moment i dont's sure

  • Ya Mendelssohn and Wagner weren't exactly on friendly terms.

I like Wagner's music, but he was a fucking son of a bitch with his anti-semitism.

  • He may have been right. How can you be so unbelievably ignorant to think you're world view is the only true one?

  • If you were to believe some of the things Herr Wagner said about Jews, which you probably do, then you would be supremely ignorant one.

  • Sir, nearly ALL great Germans were anti-Semites, Luther, Goethe, Kant, Wagner etc. If those people were ignorant, I just can say: it's an honour for me to be in one line with them.

  • What a supremely stupid thing to say. Like all Nazis, you attribute your beliefs to the whole of society, attempting to hijack it for your own means. You only mention four names too. Have problems finding famous people that weren't part of the 3'rd Reich?

And your theory that all great Germans were anti-semites is beyond ridiculous.

What about Beethoven, Barbarossa, Haydn, Bismark, Strauss, Nietzsche, Marx, Einstein, Heisenberg, Mendelssohn, etc.

  • Sir, it is you who says stupid things as you deny facts. You can send me a personal message if you are interested in more German geniusses who were anti-Semites. The ones you mention: I don't know anything about Beethoven's, Haydn's or Strauss's view on Jews but the Christian Barbarossa surely was not the best friends of the Hebrew people--not for racial but for religious purposes of course. Bismarck also said some things about the chosen people that are not very politely. Nietzsche was an

  • I have read nothing about Barbarossa or Bismark being anti-semitic. That is wishful thinking on your part in a desperate attempt to believe that the German people and its culture is in consensus over the illogical hatred of Jews.

  • Nietzsche disagreed with the Judeo-Christian religion but he did not hold any anti-Semitic views in his later life anymore. In his youth, he admired Wagner and thought that the German(ic) culture Wagner used in his works was superior to all others. In his later life, he changed this view completely and was more attracted by Romanic culture. From that time on, he may not have loved the Jews but he accepted them whereas he started hating his own culture and country. The rest: see pn.

  • was a fierce anti-Semite in his early years but changed all his political views during his lifetime and admittedly was an anti-German philo-Semite in his later years. Marx, Einstein and Mendelssohn weren't Germans but Jews themselves. Marx hated both the Germans and his own people as did Harry Heine. Einstein only hated Germany but loved his own people. And Mendelssohn's opinion on both Germany and Jewry is unknown to me. But he was, as I said, not a German.

Quotes may be sent by private m.

  • Nietzsche, you would realize if you had read any of his works, was staunchly against Judeo-Christian culture in general. He disagreed with Western religion on an ideological/moral basis. To my knowledge, he held no misgivings against the people, themselves.

Your logic in calling Marx, Einstein, and Mendelssohn un-German mirrors Herr Goebbels' logic, in that Jews, born in Germany are not German, which makes no sense.

  • go wagner go

  • Wagner rocks...

  • ...he was a pre nazi!!!

  • Does anyone have that Sea Trek episode?? That was funny with the original star trek crew invading peru in the 1800s or whenevr it was

  • @JerichoBeach Its called 'The day the island stood still'

  • @Dalbert342 Actually, he's referring to the Season 5 episode To Boldly Go... which is passed on the Conquistador Pizarro in 1529. Think Kirk out for gold and conquest.

  • @AMWOODco Are you sure? I'm pretty sure the episode he was asking for was the one I mentioned.....could be wrong though

  • @Dalbert342 The Day the Island Stood Still is... well... the Day the Earth Stood still. Sea Trek would be Star Trek, and To Boldly Go is just that. They have Kirk (Pizarro), Spock, Scotty, Bones, Sulu, and an Incan King acting like the lead Robot from 'I, Mudd'. Gold for the lover of Star Trek and parodies.

  • History bites fucking ROCKS.

  • THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER.

  • YEAH HE'S WAGNER MAN!

  • haha i love this show

  • Yo,ho!Imma watch now.

  • Wagner demands to be made fun of due to his bombastity. Great Job.

  • Absolutely hillarious. Well done.
