Why do people that do these kind of things even get a dog? If you cannot properly care for and love a dog, don't get one. Dogs have strong emotions and attachments. Not only did this poor little guy suffer physically, but was left by all he knew. Do some people just not have a heart? It would appear so. Thanks Gisele for helping Jackson.
