congrats on beginning the biggest loser challenge. u and ur cousin are going to do just fine. just stay determined and remember your goals. That keeps u focused. Water Aerobics is a great way to lose the weight and u do not need to know how to swim to do it which is also great. Its fun, and i think thats a big key in working out, having fun while u do it. Keep up the good work. I am here if u need me.
