I miss those days too. If only Kobe would have accepted a role rather than trying to make himself the team leader. If he would have simply played the game, I'm sure that eventually Shaq would have pasted the torch. He would be the man by now and he would have MVP's to back him up. Instead, he's the man in L.A but he's never going to be able to say that he would have even 1 Championship if Shaq were not the force that he was.
