@tjfilms09 They probably do not get their passes so perfect EVERY time. I mean, the video is mean to show the quick attacks of Brazil particularly after a good pass. That's why the video is composed of clips from various matches.

But they sure as hell are an amazing team! Unbelievable!

The player in the different coloured jersey is the Libero. They can sub in for any back row player (basically for a player who is great in the front row but not so great in the back row, ie a tall guy who can't return serves). Essentially, they can only pass underhand (bump), because they aren't allowed to hit unless the ball is below the top of the net and they can't set with their fingers. The player they subbed in for must sub back in before the libero gets to the front row.
