i found this comedy skit quite funny even though i myself,use a total gym clone known as "the body former".Of course,it is far from the only thing i do in my workout routine though.i also do alot of pullups,dips,a certain amount of weights,and alot of bicycling.i find the best exercises to do on my "body former" are "Chest Presses" pressing from several different angles,and "Pec Flys".They mimic "The Pec Deck" machines in the gyms quite well.Check out my Channel.
